“Windfall” or “Downfall”?

As you watch this short promo-video, “Windfall”, about a small town that bought into the “clean green energy” of wind power, keep in mind that the “federal” Department of Energy has recently ordered that Bonneville Power cannot turn-off wind power generation in Washington State, due to excess water built-up at the dam’s and over production of power. The effects of this ruling?

The wind mills must turn, despite lack of storage capability and winged fowl destruction.
The dam must allow the water build-up to spill over the dam, causing damage to the dam, risk to the surrounding property owners, and death to the fish in the area.

Is this what “we’ve” bought into with hype and feel-good promise that not only are you lining your pockets with green energy “gold”, but you’re saving the environment. Notice any reduction in the rates being charged due to less power usage? No! The rates go up because we’re using less energy! What a convoluted mess they’ve created.

Now that Puget Sound Energy has invested so much time and “money” into “wind power” in Washington State, they are loathe to stop it. They will, in fact, fight to keep it going at this point, because that’s the only possibility they have of recouping their investment, due to pressure from our State and Federal government.

Will the “Tea Party” play “Moneyball” with the GOP?

The 2010 elections were, without a doubt, a loud message sent to both the GOP and DNC that the average voter has had it with out of control, unconstitutional growth and spending in government.

The 2011 elections were more about seeding local elections with true constitutionalists, committed to restoring the foundations of our Country by working within the confines of the Constitution. After all, we are a nation of laws? Aren’t we?

The Tea Party goal is in the long game, to place Tea Party idealists into local and state offices, effect change and gain experience for the long haul. With a little time, a lot of hard work and demonstrable actions, these tactics will turn around the image of the GOP and draw voters in droves to “morality and ethics” in politics, something that has been lacking in U.S. politics for too long.

While other political groups race for the bottom, the Tea Party works to race to the top. Not because they strive for money and power. Tea Party idealists goal is to restore liberty, freedom, and personal responsibility to it’s rightful place. At the same time they will work to reduce the size and cost of government by reintroducing the private sector as the go-to source for John Q Public’s needs,thus restoring the free markets to their natural state. These goals (and more) have been finely communicated in the posted article below.

Political Moneyball: The Conservative Strategy for Winning the Fight Coming After the Election

The GOP Establishment we keep hearing about is real, and it is also doomed.

That will not change whether the Establishment’s candidate Mitt Romney wins in November or not. After the election, the battle really starts; what is happening now are just skirmishes in a fight for control of the Republican Party. Not the soul of the party – if it had one, it auctioned it off long ago – but the mechanism of the party. The Grand Old Party matters only as a vehicle to carry our banner forward.

To do that, we need to seize control, and we do that by destroying the Establishment starting next November 7th.

Superficially, it might seem that we – the outsiders, the Tea Party, the conservatives, whatever the label – are outgunned by opponents with their hands on the reins of power, money in amounts we can’t hope to match, and pals in the media backing them. But if we understand our strengths, and our opponents’ weaknesses, we can not only compete but eventually prevail.

First, let’s understand our opponent.

The GOP Establishment is an amorphous entity composed of politicians, media types, consultants, writers, lobbyists, party hacks and donors whose first priority is protecting their positions and privileges. Power, and holding onto it, is more important than ideology. That’s where we conservatives differ – we have no formal power or position, so changing the power structure doesn’t scare us. We have nothing to lose; the GOP Establishment has everything to lose.

So, how do we beat it?

The Oscar-nominated film Moneyball tells the story of the Oakland A’s of the early 2000’s and how it had to adapt to compete with clubs like the Yankees with payrolls four times its size. Under manager Billy Beane, the club reassessed what it thought it knew about baseball, gained a clear understanding of what made a team successful, and then focused ruthlessly on the long game to build a winning team.

What is the key to winning? In baseball, it is runs – you get enough runs over the course of a year, you tend to be a winning team. That’s the long game; the short game is the game tomorrow afternoon. It’s nice to win that fight too, but the secret of moneyball is building success over time by playing the numbers. Is there a “global” Caliphate on the horizon?

Wednesday, February 1, 2012, Glenn Beck had an absolutely amazing segment. Glenn’s guests were all retired U.S. Military, including the West Point shunned, General Boykin. General Boykin’s speaking engagement at West Point became an issue for CAIR, a veterans group and others. General Boykin tends to speak his mind about what has and is happening here in the United States and around the globe, with regards to “the Muslim Brotherhood” and other similar groups.

Buffett Profits from Keystone Pipeline Shut-Out

When oil platforms were turned out of the Gulf of Mexico, the Obama Administration was quick to seek favor with the country of Brazil ($5bil of favor) to import crude oil to the United States. Of course that didn’t happen, because the Brazilian’s took our $5bil and then contracted with the Chinese to refine their crude oil.

Now that the Obama Administration has sided with the EPA and asked to leave the Keystone pipeline decision for after the 2012 elections, it has been ascertained that one person is positioned to potentially profit from this decision. Warren Buffett. Buffett’s empire has been buying into “railroads” and if the Canadian’s don’t get too peeved off at the US for shutting down the pipeline, they could likely sign-on with Buffett’s railroad to transport their oil for refining in the US or Mexico. It would be a much more expensive venture for the Canadian’s, than a pipeline (over the long term) would be, but it is do-able. Or, the Canadian’s could choose to build a pipeline westward in Canada and export the crude oil to China. China is knocking on Canada’s door to sign a “long term” contract with them to purchase Canadian oil for refining in China.

Only time will tell, but the big losers here are all of the jobs the creation of the Keystone pipeline would create, the immediate economic boost from energy stability for the US and the greatest benefit of all is that we retain and improve our bonds with Canada.

Time will tell and I, for one, pray that the pipeline issue continues to be made by those who understand the great benefit to the people of the United States.

Buffett would profit from Keystone cancellation

Warren Buffett, whom President Obama likes to cite as a fair-minded billionaire while arguing for higher taxes on the wealthy, stands to benefit from the president’s decision to reject the Keystone XL oil pipeline permit.

Mr. Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc. owns Burlington Northern Santa Fe LLC, which is among the railroads that would transport oil produced in western Canada if the pipeline isn’t built.

“Whatever people bring to us, we’re ready to haul,” Krista York-Wooley, a spokeswoman for Burlington Northern, a unit of Buffett’s Omaha, Neb.-based Berkshire Hathaway Inc., told Bloomberg News. If Keystone XL “doesn’t happen, we’re here to haul,” she said.

Saving the American Dream

There is an old saying that needs to be impressed upon Politicians and the American Public; “There’s no time better than the present”. What does that mean? That means, stop making excuses, stop procrastinating, stop telling yourself and others I’ll get it done” and get started on fixing what’s wrong, “now”!

So in honor of that statement I am asking that you spend more time working with organizations that actually do things to “fix” things now, and spend less time complaining about it all. It’s fun to complain and I do encourage you to speak out, do not stay silent! But, do spend more time working with and attending events with groups that actually want to “fix” things.

The Heritage Group is one of those organizations (and yes they will ask you for donations now and then…remember that nothing is free) and they are launching a new networking operation to put names and locations together, of people who want to “Save the American Dream” in America.

What Motivates Obama?

I am not a big fan of Dick Morris, but this video clip put out by Mr. Morris, is the best encapsulation of what’s happened the past three years.

What Mr. Morris says here, goes hand in glove with the conclusions of Fredrich Hayek; “Socialism will never succeed over Capitalism unless it is done on a global basis.” Hayek’s studies also proved another dire consequence of Socialism (Marxism and Communism, not excluded) is that it “always” ends in TYRANNY!

Mr. Morris’s theory also aligns with the goals of the United Nations for Agenda 21, if you understand that Agenda 21 is merely a global effort to create a global government of choice, which is “Socialism on a global scale”. Can any of you say, “New World Order”?

The biggest challenge we have today is, which of the other Presidential Candidates will remove the United States from the United Nations and leave Agenda 21 in ashes. They cannot successfully implement Agenda 21 without the United States, and the U.S. Constitution is our only protection from their end game.

“Fascism is coming” and “people are moving into insane investments.” These are two thing Glenn Beck recently said. What is he talking about? What has him convinced that fascism is on the rise and that investment trends are out of control?

For those who think these two claims might be a little “over-the-top,” please consider the following.

Despite some relatively quiet weeks, the eurozone crisis looks as if it’s about to mutate into something far more dangerous than previously anticipated.

But is it really all that bad? It would certainly seem that way.

As reported earlier on The Blaze, the financial crisis in Greece has taken on epic (and sometimes violent) proportions. Their debt levels are unsustainable; Prime Minister George Papandreou resigned after causing a stir by calling for a “bailout” referendum vote; the current Prime Minister, Lucas Papademos, is a former Senior Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Columbia economics professor and career banker; and let’s not forget reports of the Greeks resorting to starvation diets and/or rioting.

On this MLK Holiday weekend we should ask; “Can C.L. Bryant’s view help to restore Race Relations, the Constitution and Prosperity in America?”

C.L. Bryant has collaborated with Matte Kibbe of “FreedomWorks.org” to make the documentary movie; “Runaway Slave”.

As a former NAACP leader, C.L. Bryant chronicles the American Black’s voyage from the black underground perspective of the Civil War through the 1960’s (pre JFK) as a voting block for the Republican Party, and the gains to their economic and social progress in America. Sans the Dr. Martin Luther King era and John F Kennedy’s presidency, when former President Lyndon Johnson made social welfare a household word, the “black vote” has gone 95% to the Democrat Party. According to the findings of Dr. Bryant, the economic and social advances in the black community have been in decline due to their blind allegiance to a Party that has indoctrinated generations of black families to worship the benevolence of government welfare. A government that socially manipulates (dictates) behavior to keep the gravy train of welfare dollars coming to them, with acceptable behavior and the votes to perpetuate this system.

Since this weekend is in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, I believe Dr. Bryant’s video here and a link to the trailer of his video; “Runaway Slave”, is the time to remind us all that the way it is now, is not as it has always been.

Let Congress Know How “You” Want to be Represented

Speaker Boehner is asking to hear from you on the Keystone Pipeline proposal.

The Keystone Pipeline endeavor has been in the works for three years, has passed approval of the EPA,is solely funded by private capital, but is being prevented from passage by the Obama Administration’s failure to act on it. The Obama Administration has the opportunity to give a “thumbs up” yes, or a “thumbs down” no. The fact is that Obama wants this to be a plus for his 2012 campaign by appearing to be against the project now, but soon after his election he is expected to approve the project to reward the labor vote.

The United States needs reliable energy sources now, reliable jobs now, without being a puppet to the politicians and their elections.

Let Congress, Senate and the Obama Administration know how you feel. Is a Social Security temporary tax reduction of $40.00 per week (which further risks that Social Security will become insolvent, sooner) a positive thing for government to be concerned with? Or, should our elected representatives get out of the way of a private venture that will bring energy, jobs and much needed tax revenue to states and federal coffers?

Quick update: Found this on a fraternal site and felt that it needed to be added to this post. It clearly shows “why” Canada has had the foresight to remove their Country from the lunacy of A21:

SOUNDS LIKE SCIENCE FICTION...OR SOME CONSPIRACY THEORY...BUT IT ISN'T.

Have you wondered where these terms 'sustainability' and 'smart growth' and 'high density urban mixed use development' came from? Doesn't it seem like about 10 years ago you'd never heard of them and now everything seems to include these concepts? Is that just a coincidence? That every town and county and state and nation in the world would be changing their land use/planning codes and government policies to align themselves with...what?
First, before I get going, I want to say that yes, I know it's a small world and it takes a village and we're all one planet etc. I also know that we have a democracy and that as cumbersome as that can be sometimes (Donald Rumsfeld said that the Chinese have it easy; they don't have to ask their people if they agree. And Bush Junior said that it would be great to have a dictator as long as he was the dictator), we have a three branch government and the Bill of Rights, Constitution, and self-determination. This is one of the reasons why people want to come to the US, right? We don't have Tiananmen Square here, generally speaking (yes, I remember Kent State--not the same, and yes, an outrage.) So I'm not against making certain issues a priority, such as mindful energy use, alternative energy sponsorship, recycling/reuse, and sensitivity to all living creatures.

Considering its policies are woven into all the General Plans of the cities and counties, it's important for people to know where these policies are coming from. While many people support the United Nations for its peacemaking efforts, hardly anyone knows that they have very specific land use policies that they would like to see implemented in every city, county, state and nation. The specific plan is called United Nations Agenda 21 Sustainable Development, which has its basis in Communitarianism. By now, most Americans have heard of sustainable development but are largely unaware of Agenda 21.
In a nutshell, the plan calls for governments to take control of all land use and not leave any of the decision making in the hands of private property owners. It is assumed that people are not good stewards of their land and the government will do a better job if they are in control. Individual rights in general are to give way to the needs of communities as determined by the governing body. Moreover, people should be rounded up off the land and packed into human settlements, or islands of human habitation, close to employment centers and transportation. Another program, called the Wildlands Project spells out how most of the land is to be set aside for non-humans.
U.N. Agenda 21 cites the affluence of Americans as being a major problem which needs to be corrected. It calls for lowering the standard of living for Americans so that the people in poorer countries will have more, a redistribution of wealth. Although people around the world aspire to achieve the levels of prosperity we have in our country, and will risk their lives to get here, Americans are cast in a very negative light and need to be taken down to a condition closer to average in the world. Only then, they say, will there be social justice which is a cornerstone of the U.N. Agenda 21 plan.
Agenda 21 policies date back to the 70's but it got its real start in 1992 at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro when President Bush signed onto it. President Clinton signed it later and continued the program in the United States. A non-governmental organization called the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives, ICLEI, is tasked with carrying out the goals of Agenda 21. Over 600 cities in the U.S. are members; our town joined in 2007. The costs are paid by taxpayers.
It's time that people educate themselves and read the document and related commentary. After that, get a copy of your city or county's General Plan and read it. You will find all sorts of policies that are nearly identical to those in U.N. Agenda 21. Unfortunately, their policies have advanced largely unnoticed and we are now in the end game. People need to identify their elected officials who are promoting the U.N.'s policies and hold them accountable for their actions. Only when we've identified who the people are and what they are trying to do will we be able to evaluate whether or not we approve of the policies they are putting forward. Some people may think it's appropriate for agencies outside the United States to set our policies and some people will not. The question is, aren't Americans able to develop their own policies? Should we rely on an organization that consists of member nations that have different forms of governments, most of which do not value individual rights as much as we do? It's time to bring U.N. Agenda 21 out in the open where we can have these debates and then set our own policies in accordance with our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

No matter where you live, I'll bet that there have been hundreds of condos built in the center of your town recently. Over the last ten years there has been a 'planning revolution' across the US. Your commercial, industrial, and multi-residential land was rezoned to 'mixed use.' Nearly everything that got approvals for development was designed the same way: ground floor retail with two stories of residential above. Mixed use. Very hard to finance for construction, and very hard to manage since it has to have a high density of people in order to justify the retail. A lot of it is empty and most of the ground floor retail is empty too. High bankruptcy rate.
So what? Most of your towns provided funding and/or infrastructure development for these private projects. They used Redevelopment Agency funds. Your money. Specifically, your property taxes. Notice how there's very little money in your General Funds now, and most of that is going to pay Police and Fire? Your street lights are off, your parks are shaggy, your roads are pot-holed, your hospitals are closing. The money that should be used for these things is diverted into the Redevelopment Agency. It's the only agency in government that can float a bond without a vote of the people. And they did that, and now you're paying off those bonds for the next 45 years with your property taxes. Did you know that?
So, what does this have to do with Agenda 21?
Redevelopment is a tool used to further the Agenda 21 vision of remaking America's cities. With redevelopment, cities have the right to take property by eminent domain---against the will of the property owner, and give it or sell it to a private developer. By declaring an area of town 'blighted' (and in some cities over 90% of the city area has been declared blighted) the property taxes in that area can be diverted away from the General Fund. This constriction of available funds is impoverishing the cities, forcing them to offer less and less services, and reducing your standard of living. They'll be telling you that it's better, however, since they've put in nice street lights and colored paving. The money gets redirected into the Redevelopment Agency and handed out to favored developers building low income housing and mixed use. Smart Growth. Cities have had thousands of condos built in the redevelopment areas and are telling you that you are terrible for wanting your own yard, for wanting privacy, for not wanting to be dictated to by a Condo Homeowner's Association Board, for being anti-social, for not going along to get along, for not moving into a cramped apartment downtown where they can use your property taxes for paying off that huge bond debt. But it's not working, and you don't want to move in there. So they have to make you. Read on.
Human habitation, as it is referred to now, is restricted to lands within the Urban Growth Boundaries of the city. Only certain building designs are permitted. Rural property is more and more restricted in what uses can be on it. Although counties say that they support agricultural uses, eating locally produced food, farmer's markets, etc, in fact there are so many regulations restricting water and land use (there are scenic corridors, inland rural corridors, baylands corridors, area plans, specific plans, redevelopment plans, huge fees, fines) that farmers are losing their lands altogether. County roads are not being paved. The push is for people to get off of the land, become more dependent, come into the cities. To get out of the suburbs and into the cities. Out of their private homes and into condos. Out of their private cars and onto their bikes.
Bikes. What does that have to do with it? I like to ride my bike and so do you. So what? Bicycle advocacy groups are very powerful now. Advocacy. A fancy word for lobbying, influencing, and maybe strong-arming the public and politicians. What's the conection with bike groups? National groups such as Complete Streets, Thunderhead Alliance, and others, have training programs teaching their members how to pressure for redevelopment, and training candidates for office. It's not just about bike lanes, it's about remaking cities and rural areas to the 'sustainable model'. High density urban development without parking for cars is the goal. This means that whole towns need to be demolished and rebuilt in the image of sustainable development. Bike groups are being used as the 'shock troops' for this plan.
What plan? We're losing our homes since this recession/depression began, and many of us could never afford those homes to begin with. We got cheap money, used whatever we had to squeak into those homes, and now some of us lost them. We were lured, indebted, and sunk. Whole neighborhoods are empty in some places. Some are being bulldozed. Cities cannot afford to extend services outside of their core areas. Slowly, people will not be able to afford single family homes. Will not be able to afford private cars. Will be more dependent. More restricted. More easily watched and monitored.
This plan is a whole life plan. It involves the educational system, the energy market, the transportation system, the governmental system, the health care system, food production, and more. The plan is to restrict your choices, limit your funds, narrow your freedoms, and take away your voice. One of the ways is by using the Delphi Technique to 'manufacture consensus.' Another is to infiltrate community groups or actually start neighborhood associations with hand-picked 'leaders'. Another is to groom and train future candidates for local offices. Another is to sponsor non-governmental groups that go into schools and train children. Another is to offer federal and private grants and funding for city programs that further the agenda. Another is to educate a new generation of land use planners to require New Urbanism. Another is to convert factories to other uses, introduce energy measures that penalize manufacturing, and set energy consumption goals to pre-1985 levels. Another is to allow unregulated immigration in order to lower standards of living and drain local resources.
All of this sounds unbelievable until you have had direct experience with it. You probably have, but unless you resisted it you won't know it's happening. Happy New Years! May 2012 bring You health & happiness

As I ring in the new year, my resolution is to ask more questions and demand more answers from life and the leaders who affect my life. 2011 has come to a close with so many unanswered questions and begins 2012 with much uncertainty, in the world of economics, for my Country. So it is time to ask tough questions in the run-up to the 2012 elections.

When the economy is run with a sure hand, using sound economic principles, it empowers me, the consumer, to plan and invest with confidence. When the economy is run by the seat of someone’s pants, using unproven economic strategy in the “hopes” of spawning economic growth; it is my responsibility to myself, to pull back my savings into a safe harbor until the storm of uncertainty has subsided.

To start the New Year off right, I plan to ask those seeking to be leaders many questions and I trust you will too. The start of my questioning begins with these recent events:

· When Netflix proposed an increase to the “monthly fee” for their DVD/Instant Viewing online movie services (a purely voluntary choice of service); John Q public went ballistic and the MSM reported it. Within 30 days Netflix removed the increase in fees, broke-up the service and now delivers a much less desirable service to their customers. The intent of the fee increase was to deliver a fresher line of movie products to their customers, an improvement in services for a minimal increase in fee’s when compared to the costs incurred through Direct TV, Xfinity, and other major cable TV services.

· Bank of America announced their intention to charge a “fee” for the usage (purely voluntary to choose Bank of America as your bank) of their ATM’s or debit cards; John Q public went ballistic and the MSM reported it. Fee was cancelled within 2 weeks.

· Verizon announced their intention to charge a “fee” for paying your bill online or by your phone app (purely voluntary to choose Verizon as your cell phone provider); John Q public went ballistic and the MSM reported it. Fee was cancelled within 48 hrs.

· Where is John Q’s outrage at “ALL” of the thousands of fee’s being added daily by local/state/federal governments by monopolies that John Q public cannot avoid????

· Isn’t this a valid question to ask Political Leaders, John Q public and the MSM?

How does Solazyme rhyme with Solyndra?

Solyndra is representative of an epic failure on the part of the DOE to ferret out waste, fraud and abuse of valuable tax dollars. Solyndra has also become the synonym of how corrupt politicians are “spreading the wealth” (as they like to say) in a way that keeps non-self sustaining entities in business and waste serious tax dollars, all while paying-off crony political supporters and bundlers.

So, out of the shadows comes the revelation that the Obama Administration has approved for the U.S. Navy to purchase millions of gallons of biofuel from Solazyme (sounds a lot like Solyndra, don’t ya think?), that will cost the Defense Department $16.00 (best case scenario) up to $26.00 per gallon, as opposed to the $4.00 per gallon that is now spent on jet fuel made from straight gas.

So, if you are a “Friend of Obama” (FOO), if you need tax dollars to support and finance an un-productive commodity and are cagey enough to capture “free” grant money, or government contracts to do it all with, maybe you can become a synonym of Solyndra too!

EDITORIAL: Navy blue goes green; Government digs deeper into debt so pricey biofuel can power war craft

The $1 trillion budget bill before Congress includes a provision that would resurrect the Keystone XL pipeline, but don’t expect its passage to open a flood of black gold and wash away Uncle Sam’s infatuation with all things green. Even as the scientific validation of global-warming theory crumbles, adherents in Washington have dragooned the U.S. military into leading the charge toward renewable energy.

The Navy made headlines last week with the revelation that it has been ordered to purchase 450,000 gallons of biofuel to power its jet fighters. Conventional jet fuel costs about $4 a gallon, but the biofuel made from fermented algae will set back the service about $16 a gallon. The pricey green gas, says the Navy, will be used next summer to power planes participating in exercises near Hawaii under the politically correct title of “the Great Green Fleet Carrier Strike Force.” The purchase is part of a larger deal in which the Navy is partnering with the Agriculture and Energy departments to buy $510 million worth of biofuels over three years.

One supplier is California-based Solazyme, which received $22 million in federal stimulus funds to construct a biofuel plant in Louisiana. A company adviser, according to Hot Air, is T.J. Glauthier, who was a member of President Obama’s transition team. So in essence, overspending feds borrowed stimulus money, handed it over to an Obama buddy who helps build a factory for algae fuel that the feds buy back at quadruple the going rate. Meanwhile, the defense budget is slashed by $500 billion and faces additional cuts of $1.2 trillion as a result of the congressional debt panel’s failure to approve a deficit reduction plan - all in the name of “sustainability.”

Global-warming believers at both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue are the reason Navy blue has gone green. In 2007, Congress mandated that the Pentagon procure 25 percent of its energy needs from renewable-energy sources by 2025. Mr. Obama mandated 20 percent by 2020. This is despite a growing consensus that climate-change theory is all bunk. Earlier this month, more than 1,000 scientists went on the record in dissent of claims by the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change that human activity is causing the planet to heat up.

Approval of the Keystone XL pipeline means that one day soon, more than 1 million barrels of oil a day could be filling Gulf Coast refineries, undercutting the thin rationale for the Navy being on board with renewables. But like an aircraft carrier changing course, it may take longer for warmists in government to admit their commitment to biofuel and other costly green products is unsustainable.

Do the Party Elites Want to Choose for “We the People”?

With all of the ebb and flow of the potential Republican Candidates, the unbelievable media acquiescence to bludgeon with innuendos and journalism ethics that have not been seen in my lifetime, it leaves me to wonder out load…What the heck is going on?

Well today I read a posting from a blog that is clearing my head, because life has and always does come full circle. Life repeats itself. So enjoy this posting and I trust it will help to clear your head as it has helped to clear mine.

This is not an endorsement of any candidate…just a history lesson that keeps repeating itself. It is a lesson that “We the People” know who we want, deep down inside we know, and we must not allow the media, the party elites, or the unseen forces that pull our strings to elect the “acceptable” candidate. “We the People” must vote for the principled Candidate who will restore honor, integrity and the moral principles of a free and liberal United States Constitution as the foundation of a great Country!

Is there a Republican Establishment that differs from and is antagonistic to people who vote Republican?

Whether such a thing existed before, say, 1950, is problematic. But since about that time it has manifested itself undeniably. Consider:

Beginning circa 1940, Robert Taft of Ohio rebuilt the Republican Party’s credit with the American people. He spoke of smaller government at home and the pursuit of the national interest abroad- including opposition equally to Communists and Nazis. Wars were for winning. But the Party’s machinery and money were in New York. J. D. Rockefeller, Wendell Wilkie, John Foster Dulles, and Thomas Dewey, supported heavily by old money, were Progressives in the mold of Herbert Hoover and Woodrow Wilson. They believed that they could bring the world together onto the path of progress and improve America by tweaking FDR’s New Deal. Wilkie and Dewey lost. By 1952 the party was almost unanimously for Taft. But the Republican Progressives bought and stole delegates to the ’52 convention, especially in the South where delegates had no voters who could hold them accountable. When that did not work, they used the Credentials committee to exclude the elected Texas delegation and replaced it with one formed by them. Dwight Eisenhower was a great man. But he was foisted on the party – not picked by it.

In 1960 Barry Goldwater of Arizona took up Taft’s role of representing the majorityof Republican voters against the Party bosses. Remarkably (see campaign chairman William J. Middendorf’s memoirs) Goldwater did almost nothing to advance his candidacy. Nevertheless, by 1964 some three fourths of Republican convention delegates were Goldwaterites. The Establishment struck back. Led by Nelson Rockefeller (and including Michigan Governor George Romney aided by his son Willard, AKA Mitt, the Establishment savaged Goldwater far more brutally than Lyndon Johnson ever did. Fascist, racist, warmonger, insane, extremist, were what the Republican Party called Goldwater. I recall that after his nomination, Republican party headquarters in my town were closed and draped in black. Not for the last time, the Republican Establishment made common cause with the Democratic Establishment. The Goldwater campaign never had a chance.

In those days, there was only one print outlet – no broadcast ones – that supported what the vast majority of Republican voters supported: William Buckley’s National Review. (Since Buckley turned it over and the original cast of NR died or was pushed out, NR’s management went with the money and became part of the Establishment. Whereas Buckley ran against silk-stocking John Lindsay, his successors at NR are the very image of Lindsay). Of necessity however, the Goldwater campaign spawned alternative means of mass communication – prominently direct mail. In the 1970s a few breaks took place in the Establishment’s control of the Media. Bob Bartley made the Wall street Journal into something of an advocate of Goldwater’s positions on Social Security, etc. (Since Bartley’s death, the Journal has taken several steps back to the Establishment). Norman Podhoretz and William Kristol made Taft-Goldwater positions on foreign affairs palatable to many Democrats. New small magazines popped up all over, bypassing the united Establishment.

By his October 1964 speech for Goldwater, Ronald Reagan became the Republican rank and file’s representative against the party’s Establishment. Reagan’s strength came from campaigning against both the Republican and Democratic Establishments. He took voters away from both. But from 1964 until he left office in 1989 Reagan was the object of obloquy from both, in terms as strong, and more derisive, than those used against Goldwater. I can’t think of any prominent Republican prior to the1980 election who had a kind, or accurate word about Reagan. Those of us who worked with him were described as nuts. In the Senate, where I worked for eight years, maybe six out of forty eight Republicans were for him. The rest were for George Bush or John Anderson. Reagan was going to lose badly because he appealed only to Conservatives and was just too far out of the mainstream. When Reagan was nominated in Detroit, the Party Establishment, including Senators, governors, and above all donors, threatened to do to him what they had done to Goldwater unless he named Gerald Ford as a Vice President who would be a “co-President.” Reagan refused, but agreed to name George Bush, and to name his chief lieutenant, Jim Baker, as his chief of staff. Still, to make sure Reagan would lose, the Party ran Anderson against Reagan in the general election. I can assure you, and so can everybody else who dealt at a certain level in Washington, that Baker continued to work for Bush to shut out, minimize non Establishment people throughout his tenure.

When George Bush replaced Reagan in 1989 the personnel transition between two wings of the Republican Party was considerably more brutal and vengeful than transitions between parties – as everyone who witnessed it can tell you.

Consider the Bush 41 and 43 Administrations. What separates them from those of Bill Clinton and Barack Obama? I recall writing my senator’s debate against Phil Gramm, who was championing 41′s and John Sununu’s famous tax increase (which led to 41 being ridden out of office on a fast rail). The pro tax arguments were like today’s, and like today’s mixed with condescension. What is the difference between 43′s Secretary of the Treasury’s Henry Paulson and Obama’s Tim Geithner? None.

The most revealing moment of our time, the defining event of our Establishment, came in September-October 2008, when everybody who was anybody agreed solemnly that some $800 billion to purchase big banks’ “toxic assets” would save the US economy. Three fourths of Americans disagreed. National Review and The Wall Street Journal joined Barack Obama and John McCain in deeming them Neanderthals. But once the money was appropriated, the united geniuses changed their minds and used the cash for bailouts of favorite banks and industries.

In sum, these and similar worthies have agreed, mutatis mutandis, to the policies of the last generation that have given us a bloated public sector at home and no-win wars abroad.

Want names? Just google attacks on Newt Gingrich over the last week. Gingrich is neither Goldwater nor Reagan. But he is the only person left standing to challenge the certainty that, as the New York Times’ Bill Keller put it, the 2012 elections will be held between two “certifiably sane” people (Obama and Romney). The folks who come up on your google search deem themselves the arbiters of sanity. It does not occur to them that the American people have the right to decide for themselves between COMPETING VERSIONS of sanity.

Today as in the last two generations, the Republican Establishment’s message for Republican voters is something like “shut up and do as you’re told.”

A lot of us don’t like that

Wanted: “Healthcare Organizers for the SEIU”

Recently Washington State voters approved the initiative requiring that “home care givers” must attend a state sponsored class that requires membership with the SEIU and you will be fully comp'd the expense of this class. If the home care person does not take this course they will be in-eligible for any compensation from the State or Medicare for their costs of keeping a loved one at home, rather than “dumping” them in to a nursing home.

Was this initiative really about increasing the quality of home health care, or was it really about growing the SEIU through an initiative which mandates a growing private sector into being Union paying members?

• Execute field plans for special campaigns including contract campaigns, ballot initiatives, COPE contributions, general membership growth and the broader campaign to fight for a fair economy.
• Plan and execute strategic direct action field plans including banner drops, bank takeovers, and capitol occupations with membership, other local unions, and coalition partners
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assignments to electoral, legislative and growth (new organizing) campaigns as required
• Other duties as assigned

Is it time to pressure POTUS to cut loose Eric Holder and clean-up the Federal Department of Justice?

The U.S. Constitution has been under assault since POTUS named Eric Holder to the head the office of the Department of Justice (DOJ).

When the DOJ released the New Black Panthers, who were accused, proven and in the process to be charged with the federal crime of “voter intimidation”; Eric Holders DOJ dropped all charges, and the Obama Administration did nothing.

When career DOJ lawyers went public with Eric Holders policy of no prosecution for black on white crime, the Obama Administration did nothing.

When the Federal Law of Marriage being recognized only as that between a man and a woman, Eric Holder’s DOJ publicly announced that they would not pursue cases against this federal law, and the Obama Administration did nothing.

When the state of Arizona enacted State laws to deal with illegal immigrants within the borders of their State, due to the failure of the Federal DOJ to uphold it’s mandate to protect the borders of the United States from foreign trespass and illegal entry; Eric Holder’s DOJ filed a lawsuit to stop Arizona from protecting itself from the devastation of unchecked illegal immigrant’s and the devastation of its effect on Arizona’s social and economic well being. Again, the Obama Administration has done nothing to help Arizona and they continue to turn a blind eye to the actions of the DOJ and their negligence to uphold and defend the United States Constitution.

Now, we have the case of “Fast and Furious”, the DOJ’s secret plan to allow illegal gun sales to cross the border into Mexico and into the hands of violent criminal cartels within Mexico. The story continues to point to a massive cover-up within the DOJ, which looks to lie squarely in the laps of Eric Holder and the Obama Administration.

The article I’ve attached ,is the best I’ve read that describes not only the illegal, impeachable actions of a federal Department of Justice, that is out of control. This article exposes how the DOJ actually rewards the personnel within the DOJ who have admitted to first hand knowledge of “Fast and Furious”, after first denying their knowledge of “Fast and Furious”.

After reading this article, please keep in mind that the House and the Senate have just approved, and POTUS is expected to sign into law, the ability of the Federal government to arrest and detain indefinitely, citizen’s of the United States, for being “suspected” of terrorism. A year ago this week, U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was murdered. He died protecting his country from brutal Mexican gangsters. Two AK-47 assault rifles were found at his death site. We now know the horrifying truth: Agent Terry was killed by weapons that were part of an illegal Obama administration operation to smuggle arms to the dangerous drug cartels. He was a victim of his own government. This is not only a major scandal; it is a high crime that potentially reaches all the way to the White House, implicating senior officials. It is President Obama’s Watergate.

Operation Fast and Furious was run by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and overseen by the Justice Department. It started under the leadership of Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. Fast and Furious enabled straw gun purchases from licensed dealers in Arizona, in which more than 2,000 weapons were smuggled to Mexican drug kingpins. ATF claims it was seeking to track the weapons as part of a larger crackdown on the growing violence in the Southwest. Instead, ATF effectively has armed murderous gangs. About 300 Mexicans have been killed by Fast and Furious weapons. More than 1,400 guns remain lost. Agent Terry likely will not be the last U.S. casualty.

Bureaucrats at the UN Climate Summit in Durban have outlined plans for the most draconian, harebrained and madcap climate change treaty ever produced, under which the west would be mandated to respect “the rights of Mother Earth” by paying a “climate debt” which would act as a slush fund for bankrolling an all-powerful world government.

Even as the tattered shreds of whatever credibility global warming alarmists had left evaporate in the aftermath ofClimategate 2.0, the monstrous bureaucracy behind ManBearPig continues to lurch forward.

Lord Christopher Monckton’s extensive report breaks down the key aspects of the current draft text.

“Here – and, as always, you heard it here first, for the mainstream media have conspired to keep secret the Madness of King Rajendra and his entire coterie of governmental and bureaucratic lunatics worldwide – is what the dribbling, twitching thrones and dominions, principalities and powers of the world will be asked to agree to,” he writes, adding that actual climate science has not been a topic of debate at the summit.

- The treaty calls for the west to achieve a 50% CO2 emissions reduction within the next eight years, a feat that would completely bankrupt the global economy and spark a new great depression, as well as a “more than 100%” reduction by 2050, which presumably could only be accomplished by killing billions of humans to prevent them from exhaling carbon dioxide.

Federal Energy Regulators vote for Wind Power, against Hydro-Electric Power. Greenie wins. The Collective Loses.

With judicial rulings that favor wind power over hydro-electric power, how does the collective (you and me) benefit? Hydro-electric power is very clean and very renewable, but the wisdom of the “Feds” is apparently bent to support “green” energy technology that is under developed, inefficient and far more expensive than hydro-electric energy. Too bad for us, great for the “greenies”.

In today’s world, where we hear hues and cries for the exploding costs of life's necessities, common sense would side with doing that which is best for the collective, by keeping costs for energy down to the lowest possible dollar. Energy is the basis for “everything”, thus it affects the costs and availability of everything that the collective needs and uses.

Is it any wonder that Bill Gates has chosen China to develop new technology for nuclear power? The United States is the least friendly place on earth to develop inexpensive, stable, reliable energy sources. The current Federal energy policy and those appointed to the Energy Department, need a house cleaning to rid the cobwebs from the minds of the entrenched lunatics that currently reside there.

Regulators tell Bonneville Power Administration to stop pulling the plug on wind farms

Federal energy regulators told the Bonneville Power Administration Wednesday that it can no longer discriminate against wind farm owners by cutting off their transmission during periods of excess electricity generation in the region.
The decision is a rare defeat for the federal power marketing agency, which sells electricity generated at 31 federal hydroelectric projects in the region to 140 public utilities. BPA also controls three quarters of the high voltage transmission system in the Northwest.
During last spring's massive runoff, BPA adopted a policy of curtailing generation by wind farms in the region when there was too much power going into the grid, and substituting its own hydropower for free to satisfy those winds farms' contracts with customers. Click here to read the full story.

ObamaCare Rule May Bar HSAs, Low-Cost Health Plans

A new Obama administration rule could drive out of the market the low-cost, high deductible plans that are supposed to be available under ObamaCare. That would likely mean a sharp jump in taxpayer subsidies.

The problem stems in large part from contradictions in the hastily written health care overhaul.

Starting in 2012, ObamaCare requires insurers in the individual or small group (small business) market to spend at least 80% of premiums on medical costs, leaving 20% for salaries, advertising, fraud prevention, profit, etc. For large groups, this medical loss ratio (MLR) must be 85%.

But another section of the law establishes the actuarial value of plans that can be sold on exchanges, which will cater to individuals and small groups. A bronze plan is allowed to have an actuarial value of 60%, meaning the insurer pays 60% of health care costs and the policyholder 40%. A silver plan can have a 70% value. Obama Administration Set to Approve Global Tax for United Nations Green Climate Tax?

Ever wonder, as we de-industrialize the United States and “learn” to live with less, what will the world will be like as the global elites dream-up ever more ridiculous ways to squeeze money from the masses?

As United Nations seeks to fund Agenda 21 for Sustainable Development with a tax on international transactions and travel, they also seek to reduce the transitory nature of humans. That’s the same philosophy used with alcohol and tobacco use. The government places a tax on alcohol and tobacco, promotes that they’ll use the money to pay for health and gambling addictions, all the while working to reduce the consumption of alcohol and gambling activity.

The goals may be magnanimous in theory, but the long term picture is doomed to failure. How do you promote one activity and pay out a percentage of the revenue to reduce the activity that you promote? Crazy doesn’t come close to explaining this psychotic behavior.

President Obama's team of negotiators at the United Nations Climate Change Conference may agree to a tax on foreign currency transactions, designed to pay for a "Green Climate Fund," that would fall disproportionately on American travellers and businesses, according to a group attending the conference that is skeptical of the UN position on global warming.

Negotiators at the conference are considering "a new tax on every foreign currency transaction in the world," according to the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT). "Every time you travel abroad, you'll have to pay a climate tax," explains CFACT, the group that released the "Climategate" emails. "More importantly, every time we import goods, every time we export our fine products (think jobs) we will do so with a climate tax skimming off the top."

European countries would evade much of the tax burden, however, because "transactions within the Eurozone won't have to pay this new tax."

CFACT suggests that Obama is open to implementing this tax and similar policies in the absence of a full climate treaty, which would require congressional approval. "We have learned that while many have discounted this conference, knowing that a full climate treaty is difficult to achieve especially with a U.S. Senate that will not vote to ratify," CFACT says. "Obama and his fellow climate travelers are working around the Senate and planning to stick America with the bill."

All Politics is Local ~ Anti-Growth measures are best fought at the local level to protect liberty

“All politics is local”, is a well tread slogan, by former Speaker of the House, Tip O’Neill.

What that means is that the real power in politics is at the local level. This is born out in the fact that the ability to affect the economy of a community has always been at the behest of the locally elected politicians. Local politicians whine and moan that they have to do things the local property owners object to, because the State or Federal government forces them to. The reality is that they do these things in order to get funding from the State or Federal government(s), not because they have to. If our local communities were to live within their economic means, their tax base, then the State or Federal government could do very little to force them to over regulate the individual rights and liberties of private citizens.

Enjoy this well written article that warns us of the dangers of Agenda 21 for Sustainable Development (A21), but explains that it is not A21 that we must fear. What we must protect ourselves from is the growing number of NGO’s who dangle the carrot stick of money, to fund the ever growing desires of local politicians to bring home the bacon, even if it means hog tying their citizens to an international agenda, through local regulations.

Focus on Agenda 21 Should Not Divert Attention from Homegrown Anti-Growth Policies

Abstract: Agenda 21, a voluntary plan adopted at the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, unabashedly calls on governments to intervene and regulate nearly every potential impact that human activity could have on the environment. However, Agenda 21 is non-binding; it depends on governments for implementation. If opponents focus excessively on Agenda 21, it is much more likely that homegrown smart-growth policies that undermine the quality of life, personal choice, and property rights in American communities will be implemented by local, state, and federal authorities at the behest of environmental groups and other vested interests. Preventing American implementation of Agenda 21 should therefore be viewed as only one part of a broader effort to convince U.S. government officials to repeal destructive smart-growth programs and prevent the enactment of new ones.

Radical environmentalists, local business groups, and the ever-present Not in My Backyard crowd have been trying for decades to reshape American communities to conform to their preferred “smart growth” policies. These advocates work to impose land use regulations that would force Americans into denser living arrangements, curtail freedom of choice in housing, discriminate against lower-income Americans, and compel people to pay more for their houses and give up their cars in favor of subways, trolleys, buses, and bicycles.

These efforts—often described as “New Urbanism,” “sustainable development,” or “open land preservation”—have long been resisted by some members of the community due to their negative impact on economic growth, competitiveness, and the nation’s standard of living. As Heritage has documented, communities implementing smart-growth policies have significantly higher home prices, which precludes moderate-income households from homeownership. In turn, these high home prices have forced buyers to take on excessive levels of mortgage debt, which has contributed to the default and foreclosure problems that have led to the current recession. Indeed, the foreclosure problem is at its worst in states with the strictest land use constraints: Florida, California, Arizona, and Nevada.[1]

In recent years, however, many smart-growth opponents working at the local level have shifted their focus toward opposing the 1992 United Nations voluntary initiative called Agenda 21, which advocates many policies that reflect smart-growth principles. They should recognize that Agenda 21 is simply another facet of smart growth and not allow it to divert them from opposing the more ubiquitous, overarching agenda of homegrown environmental extremists.

Principles Outlined in Agenda 21 Are Smart-Growth Principles

Agenda 21 is a remarkably broad, ambitious action plan that was presented at the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and adopted by the attending nations as “a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.”[2] At well over 300 pages, Agenda 21 sets forth hundreds of specific goals and strategies that national and local governments are encouraged to adopt.[3] These policies are presented in four sections:

Social and economic dimensions (e.g., international cooperation to accelerate sustainable development in developing countries, combating poverty, changing consumption patterns, promoting sustainable human settlement development);
Conservation and management of resources for development (e.g., protection of the atmosphere, planning and management of land resources, promoting sustainable agriculture and rural development);
Strengthening the role of major groups (e.g., women, children, indigenous people, workers and trade unions); and
Means of implementation (e.g., financing, technology transfer, promoting education and public awareness, international legal instruments).

In sum, UNCED was explicitly focused on getting governments to “rethink economic development and find ways to halt the destruction of irreplaceable natural resources and pollution of the planet.… The Summit’s message [was] that nothing less than a transformation of our attitudes and behavior would bring about the necessary changes.”[4] Agenda 21 unabashedly calls on governments to intervene and regulate nearly every potential impact that human activity could have on the environment.

Tea Party supporters believe that individual responsibility has been replaced with a big government nanny, who pretends to be able to provide a utopian existence for everyone. The Tea Party solution is to “cut” government spending, reduce taxes, reduce regulation and unleash the entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in all human beings. When this spirit is allowed to grow and flourish it feeds the ability for anyone to reach as far as they desire to.

Occupy supporters believe that society has failed to provide a big enough safety net to fulfill the dreams of everyone, because the “greedy” do not give enough back to the society that made them rich. The Occupy solution is to “increase” government spending, increase taxes, and create more regulation. They believe the prevention of an individual from attaining too much prosperity, enforces things to remain “equal” for everyone, regardless of effort and risk. This belief is that equal outcomes will create social justice for all.

How do you spell, “Too big to fail”? You decide…History has shown that one of these approaches always works and the other always fails. The common problem for both movements is government. The solution is as different as night and day. Constant interference by the government through taxation, fees, and regulation, has created a loss of the individuals right to use their property for pursuit of prosperity for themselves and their family, In retrospect, government has grown so big, so fast, and now has so much debt, even the wealthy cannot repay all that debt.

The only similarity these two movements have is that they both realize that the political system has broken down and become something unrecognizable to the vision of the Our Founders.

Clean Coal is not a Myth?

NASA Satellite Confirms Sharp Decline in Pollution from U.S. Coal Power Plants

A team of scientists have used the Ozone Monitoring Instrument (OMI) on NASA’s Aura satellite to confirm major reductions in the levels of a key air pollutant generated by coal power plants in the eastern United States. The pollutant, sulfur dioxide, contributes to the formation of acid rain and can cause serious health problems.

Japanese Satellites say 3rd World Owes CO2 Reparations to The West

Well, in a somewhat bizarre twist, it looks like I must reconsider my opposition to CO2 reparations. The notion that the evil sources of CO2 “pollution” must pay those who are lowering the planet’s CO2 levels.

It seems that the Japanese have a nice tool on orbit and set out to figure out who was a “maker” and who was a “taker” in the CO2 production / consumption game. (h/t to kuhnkat in an o.t. comment. Seems they found out that CO2 was largely net absorbed in the industrialized ‘west’ and net created in the ’3rd world’. So pony up the cash, China, Brazil, and Africa. I want my environmental compensation!

This isn’t that much of a surprise to me. I’d figured out some time ago that trees and bamboo could consume far more CO2 than I “produce” via burning oil and gas. I’ve also pointed out that The West is largely letting trees grow, while mowing our lawns and having the clippings “sequestered” in land fills (along with an untold tonnage of phone books and junk mail…) while the 3rd world is busy burning and cutting down their forests. The simple fact is that “jungle rot” will beat out my “gallon a day” of Diesel any time. Basically, we in the west grow far more wheat, corn, soybeans, wood, lawns, shrubs, etc. than we burn oil. In the 3rd world, they burn their sequestering plants. (And it takes one heck of a lot more wood to cook a meal than it does coal via a highly efficient furnace / electric generator / microwave oven.) But it’s nice to see it documented in aggregate in the “facts in the air”

MF Global is just one more example of the corruption and cronyism that has overtaken the Country. You need to fully understand the implications that have arisen since the announcement of MF Global’s bankruptcy, the missing “billions” of dollars and how the current Obama Administration is handling this failure.

The Obama Administration “is” corrupting the rule of law and thus they are destroying the Country by their flagrant abuse of the law. Since the United States Congress has not taken action to impeach this administration (and I no longer believe the Country will survive to the 2012 elections), it’s time for the People to start pressuring Congress to do so. I have no faith in his Administration and will be contacting any and all Representatives in Washington D.C. to start this action.

Dear Clients, Industry Colleagues and Friends of Barnhardt CapitalManagement,

It is with regret and unflinching moral certainty that I announce that Barnhardt Capital Management has ceased operations. After six years of operating as an independent introducing brokerage, and eight years of employment as a broker before that, I found myself, this morning, for the first time since I was 20 years old, watching the futures and options markets open not as a participant, but as a mere spectator.

The reason for my decision to pull the plug was excruciatingly simple: I could no longer tell my clients that their monies and positions were safe in the futures and options markets – because they are not. And this goes not just for my clients, but for every futures and options account in the United States.The entire system has been utterly destroyed by the MF Global collapse. Given this sad reality, I could not in good conscience take one more step as a commodity broker, soliciting trades that I knew were unsafe or holding funds that I knew to be in jeopardy.

The futures markets are very highly leveraged and thus require an exceptionally firm base upon which to function. That base was the sacrosanct segregation of customer funds from clearing firm capital, with additional emergency financial backing provided by the exchanges themselves. Up until a few weeks ago, that base existed, and had worked flawlessly. Firms came and went, with some imploding in spectacular fashion. Whenever a firm failure happened, the customer funds were intact and the exchanges would step in to backstop everything and keep customers 100% liquid – even as their clearing firm collapsed and was quickly replaced by another firm within the system.

Everything changed just a few short weeks ago. A firm, led by a crony of the Obama regime, stole all of the non-margined cash held by customers of his firm.Let’s not sugar-coat this or make this crime seem “complex” and “abstract” by drowning ourselves in six-dollar words and uber-technical jargon. Jon Corzine STOLE the customer cash at MF Global. Knowing Jon Corzine, and knowing the abject lawlessness and contempt for humanity of the Marxist Obama regime and its cronies, this is not really a surprise. What was a surprise was the reaction of the exchanges and regulators. Their reaction has been to take a bad situation and make it orders of magnitude worse. Specifically, they froze customers out of their accounts WHILE THE MARKETS CONTINUED TO TRADE, refusing to even allow them to liquidate. This is unfathomable. The risk exposure precedent that has been set is completely intolerable and has destroyed the entire industry paradigm. No informed person can continue to engage these markets, and no moral person can continue to broker or facilitate customer engagement in what is now a massive game of Russian Roulette.

I have learned over the last week that MF Global is almost certainly the mere tip of the iceberg. There is massive industry-wide exposure to European sovereign junk debt. While other firms may not be as heavily leveraged as Corzine had MFG leveraged, and it is now thought that MFG’s leverage may have been in excess of 100:1, they are still suicidally leveraged and will likely stand massive, unmeet able collateral calls in the coming days and weeks as Europe inevitably collapses. I now suspect that the reason the Chicago Mercantile Exchange did not immediately step in to backstop the MFG implosion was because they knew and know that if they backstopped MFG, they would then be expected to backstop all of the other firms in the system when the failures began to cascade – and there simply isn’t that much money in the entire system.In short, the problem is a SYSTEMIC problem, not merely isolated to one firm.

Perhaps the most ominous dynamic that I have yet heard of in regards to this mess is that of the risk of potential CLAWBACK actions. For those who do not know, “Clawback” is the process by which a bankruptcy trustee is legally permitted to re-seize assets that left a bankrupt entity in the time period immediately preceding the entity’s collapse. So, using the MF Global customers as an example, any funds that were withdrawn from MFG accounts in the run-up to the collapse, either because of suspicions the customer may have had about MFG from, say, watching the company’s bond yields rise sharply, or from purely organic day-to-day withdrawals, the bankruptcy trustee COULD initiate action to “Clawback” those funds. As a hedge broker, this makes my blood run cold.Generally, as the markets move in favor of a hedge position and equity builds in a client’s account, that excess equity is sent back to the customer who then uses that equity to offset cash market transactions OR to pay down a revolving line of credit. Even the possibility that a customer could be penalized and additionally raped AGAIN via a clawback action after already having their customer funds stolen is simply villainous. While there has been no open indication of clawback actions being initiated by the MF Global trustee, I have been told that it is a possibility.

And so, to the very unpleasant crux of the matter. The futures and options markets are no longer viable. It is my recommendation that ALL customers withdraw from all of the markets as soon as possible so that they have the best chance of protecting themselves and their equity. The system is no longer functioning with integrity and is suicidally risk-laden. The rule of law is non-existent, instead replaced with godless, criminal political cronyism.

Remember, derivatives contracts are NOT NECESSARY in the commodities markets. The cash commodity itself is the underlying reality and is not dependent on the futures or options markets. Many people seem to have gotten that backwards over the past decades. From Abel the animal husbandman up until the year 1964, there were no cattle futures contracts at all, and no options contracts until 1984, and yet the cash cattle markets got along just fine.

Finally, I will not, under any circumstance, consider reforming and re-opening Barnhardt Capital Management, or any other iteration of a brokerage business, until Barack Obama has been removed from office AND the government of the United States has been sufficiently reformed and repopulated so as to engender my total and complete confidence in the government, its adherence to and enforcement of the rule of law, and in its competent and just regulatory oversight of any commodities markets that may reform. So long as the government remains criminal, it would serve no purpose whatsoever to attempt to rebuild the futures industry or my firm, because in a lawless environment, the same thievery and fraud would simply happen again, and the criminals would go unpunished, sheltered by the criminal oligarchy.

To my clients, who literally TO THE MAN agreed with my assessment of the situation,and were relieved to be exiting the markets, and many whom I now suspect stayed in the markets as long as they did only out of personal loyalty to me, I can only say thank you for the honor and pleasure of serving you over these last years, with some of my clients having been with me for over twelve years. I will continue to blog at Barnhardt.biz, which will be subtly re-skinned soon,and will continue my cattle marketing consultation business. I will still be here in the office, answering my phones, with the same phone numbers. Alas, my retirement came a few years earlier than I had anticipated, but there was no possible way to continue given the inevitability of the collapse of the global financial markets, the overthrow of our government, and the resulting collapse in the rule of law.

As for me, I can only echo the words of David:

A Major Victory for Freedom?

Agenda 21 for Sustainable Development has been writing checks to every NGO, Politician and Non-profit, who pledge to uphold to the tenants of of A21/Sustainable Development. The goals of A21/Sustainable Development is to put into place the necessary structure for global control of “all” property.

Without the ability of humans to own their property, all wealth creation around the globe will cease to exist. It is not a secret that the reason the United States has more wealth than any other country is “because” of the citizen’s rights to their property, which is protected by the U.S. Constitution. The country of Chile figured this out and because of that, the wealth of their citizen’s has exploded.

Congratulations to Canada, who plans to leave the Kyoto Protocols (A21/Sustainable Development) in order to retain their rights to their natural resources, and can now freely be used for the good of “Canada’s” wealth, safety and economic security. With the Eurozone set to implode (largely due to their blind acceptance of the “Green Economy”), it is no wonder that all nations will rethink their efforts towards global governance. You thought that the banking debacle of 2008 was “too big to fail”? What will the world look like when all of the elite’s have control of your property rights, control of your natural resources and are able to print money at will for their scheme’s? “That’s what too big to fail really is!”

A County in Colorado that successfully removed a Councilwoman because she violated her oath of office for implementing the doctrines of A21/Sustainable Development through the Counties membership with ICLEI. She pursued the goals of an international organization, thus circumventing her oath of office to protect the citizen’s of the County’s rights of property through the political process and properly elected representation of the tax payers, in direct violation of the United States Constitution.

Here’s to those brave enough to turn their backs on the temptation of “money” from the Central Banks to push back against A21/Sustainable Development. The United States needs this type of action to restore our Country and our economic health.

Another blow for warmist fraud: Canada pulling out of Kyoto Protocols

Canada is reported to be planning to announce it is leaving the Kyoto Protocols, intended to reduce CO2 emissions in the hope of halting global warming, which hasn't occurred in the last decade, according to theories which lack actual scientific proof. The private Canadian CTV television network reports:

Canada will announce next month that it will formally withdraw from the Kyoto Protocol, CTV News has learned.
The Harper government has tentatively planned an announcement for a few days before Christmas, CTV's Roger Smith reported Sunday evening.
The developments come as Environment Minister Peter Kent prepares for a climate conference in Durban, South Africa that opens on Monday, with delegates from 190 countries seeking a new international agreement for cutting emissions.
Issues on the agenda include extending the Kyoto emission targets, a move being championed by Christiana Figueres, head of the UN climate secretariat.
Kent said in the House of Commons on Nov. 22 he won't sign a document at the Durban conference that extends the Kyoto targets.

Recall of Councilor Poppaw Based on Violations of Oath of Office - Voted for policies and goals of foreign organizations through ICLEI

Greeley, Colorado - Councilor Lisa Poppaw violated her sworn oath of office. She violated her oath by voting for the policies and goals of foreign organizations which are in direct opposition to the United States Constitution.

The Climate Action Plan is a document developed through the International Council on Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI). ICLEI is a foreign organization (www.iclei.org) which transforms local government through implementation of climate action plans and long-range sustainability plans (www.un.org; Plan Fort Collins/Local Agenda 21). The climate action plan, which Councilor Poppaw references as justification for her voting decisions, takes authority from locally elected officials and gives that power to city employees.

ICLEI’s goals include eliminating free markets and individual rights in favor of collective rights and government controlled businesses. Councilor Poppaw lobbies against private business development (council work session 09-08-09).

Councilor Poppaw voted for Ordinance No. 052, 2009, which forced private business owners to reveal proprietary information. In conjunction with that ordinance, she voted for Resolution 2009-046 which directed staff to develop the pilot trash district program. The trash pilot included the forceful removal of 6,600 private customers from locally owned businesses. She explained that the concept of a pilot trash district was contained in the Climate Action Plan and “…the environmental gains of this project do not go far enough toward advancing the city’s Climate Action goals…” (Fort Collins Coloradoan, February 2, 2010).

Councilor Poppaw’s service to ICLEI is wasting taxpayers millions of dollars annually (2010-2011 Budget; fcgov.com):

$1,100,000 to change incandescent bulbs to compact fluorescent bulbs in city buildings (2009); energy savings: unknown, expected payout: 10 years
$4,400,000 to teach people how to purchase appliances and to pay rebates to people who buy new appliances
$600,000 to educate the public about bicycle safety and to purchase bicycles for the city
$1,200,000 to “Plan Fort Collins”
$238,862 to teach people how to make environmental decisions
$313,783 for Climate Wise (an ICLEI program focused on increasing costs and regulation to business owners)
$111,258 for sustainability coordinator position to teach people about the environment
$36,000,000 to double Transfort’s fleet and routes; less than one rider per bus per hour uses Transfort (2008 Transfort Annual Report)
$16,776 for party patrol and party registration; the City wants to be notified when you have a BBQ at your home
$1,228,672 combined environmental services to teach people about the environment

ICLEI and the Climate Action Plan have transformed the City of Fort Collins budgeting process. “Triple bottom line” budgeting eliminates financial decisions which are based on economic factors. Society, environment and economics are weighed equally, with “sustainability” being the deciding factor.

Councilor Poppaw’s support of ICLEI and the Climate Action Plan is destructive to businesses:

1. The Climate Action Plan includes goals of eliminating personal vehicle travel. Six vehicle spaces were removed for on-street bicycle parking. This costs surrounding businesses $1,800,000 annually.

2. Private, locally-owned businesses are under direct attack by Councilor Poppaw because of her support of ICLEI and the Climate Action Plan.

Councilor Poppaw used the Larimer Emergency Telephone Authority (LETA) to advertise a political meeting. In an email regarding her use of LETA (May 15, 2009), she said, “This is definitely a good-news item, because the call didn’t cost the City or taxpayers anything.” LETA is funded by taxpayers for use as an emergency notification system.

Councilor Poppaw’s allegiance to foreign organizations and foreign goals is costing taxpayers millions of dollars and is a violation of her sworn oath to honor the United States Constitution.

Powell and Amanpour speak out on U.S. divisiveness…ignore major players

Today on ABC’s “This Week with Christine Amanpour”, General Colin Powell was the featured guest. The discussion was on the dissatisfaction and divisiveness in politics today. Christine Amanpour points blame at the media and the Tea Party, but fails to mention what brought the Tea Party into focus, or the massive effort still in play to demonize the Tea Party, while ignoring the “anti-American”, “anti-capitalism” of the Occupiers.

When the POTUS goes around the Country to speak of the Tea Party, he is seen bending over and pretending to wag a “tea bag” in a very offensive manner. When POTUS goes around the Country and speaks of the Occupiers, he says, “You’re the reason I got into politics”. Ms. Amanpour thinks the Tea Party creates divisiveness? In order to get respect you must first give respect, otherwise there is no place to start the discourse that is needed in our Country.

It is true that Tea Party supporters understand that the foundation of the United States needs to be restored to the intents of the Founders, and that the Constitution is the foundation of the Country. The Constitution was created through a consensus by each of the States elected delegates. One key factor that they all agreed upon was to establish a federal government that is respectful of the people and understands the boundaries placed upon them. Personal responsibility has been replaced with social responsibility as the guiding principle of the government, yet that is not a power given to them in the Constitution. As this conversation continues to evolve, please ask yourself (and your representatives); “What article in the Constitution gives government the authority to do that”?

Colin Powell Blames Media and Tea Party for Divisive Tone in Washington

Colin Powell on Sunday blamed the media as well as the Tea Party for the divisive political tone in Washington.

Not surprisingly, neither the class warfare stoked by President Obama and his Party nor the resulting Occupy Wall Street movement was mentioned during this seven minute interview with Christiane Amanpour on ABC's This Week (video follows with transcript and commentary):…………..

However, although the question was asked by Amanpour, any discussion of the Tea Party's involvement in the current tone should certainly have involved the Occupy Wall Street movement and what its participants both overt and covert are doing.

This is particularly important given the press's adoration for a group so antagonistic to the most successful members of the society.

Also missing in this segment was how a president and a political Party that are stoking the flames of class envy fit into the current caustic environment.

When the leader of the nation continually talks about the rich not paying their "fair share" - doing so in a fashion that defies any knowledge of the current tax code as well as who's actually paying most of the costs associated with the federal government - this has as much to do with the divisive tone as anything else if not more.

Climategate Part 2.0

Time to shake off the bird and get back to the business of sharing the news that get very little coverage in the mainstream press (even though this article comes directly from Forbes Online) for those of us who have enough common sense to know when we’re being treated like sheep.

Today I’ve brought you a number of items all related to the Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) ”fraud” and how it relates to the United Nations, Cap & Trade, which all leads back to…you guessed it!, Agenda 21 for Sustainable Development. Back in late 2009, it took the concerted effort of the blogging world to share email’s that were hacked from the scientist’s who are purportedly the experts on “anthropogenic (human caused) climate change” (AGW). These emails exposed the conscious effort to manipulate the data that the “global warming spewing” scientists, had compiled. They sought to discredit scientists they’d coined as “climate change skeptics”, bar any of research that conflicted with their research from being published in well read scientific publications, destroy, or consider to destroy, personal communication between themselves and other scientists who collaborated in this deception, and refuse to comply with any FOIA requests on their research.

Apparently there has been a “document dump” of 5000 emails from the discredited scientists. So hang-in there all of us AGW skeptics, because they’re already finding more explicit proof of their efforts to keep the threat of catastrophic AGW at the forefront and keep the tax payers money flowing into their fraudulent research. Can you say…we told you so?

I for one would like to know when all of this AGW deception to further advance Agenda 21 for Sustainable Development and the continuing encroachment on our private property rights is going to stop? When will our elected representatives go back to pre-AGW threats and restore our private property rights? It’s time for good people to demand that this happens, and soon. All of this fraud has and continues to bankrupt people, counties, cities, states and countries, who’ve adopted the “green” hope. “Going green” has destroyed the free markets and our ability to advance as free people with inalienable rights to our property.

Climategate 2.0: New E-Mails Rock The Global Warming Debate

A new batch of 5,000 emails among scientists central to the assertion that humans are causing a global warming crisis were anonymously released to the public yesterday, igniting a new firestorm of controversy nearly two years to the day after similar emails ignited the Climategate scandal. Three themes are emerging from the newly released emails: (1) prominent scientists central to the global warming debate are taking measures to conceal rather than disseminate underlying data and discussions; (2) these scientists view global warming as a political “cause” rather than a balanced scientific inquiry and (3) many of these scientists frankly admit to each other that much of the science is weak and dependent on deliberate manipulation of facts and data.

Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is not only in remembrance of the feast of giving for the successful harvest of the Pilgrims and Indians, it is a moment to ponder what “we” are thankful for in our everyday lives.

This is my list of things I am most thankful for:

A healthy family

A family that each is able to pursue their dreams

A business that gives me time to spend with family and helping others

A functioning mind with which to read, learn, reason and teach

A body healthy enough to work and play

Friends who take time out for one another

Money enough to pay our bills, spoil the kids a little, and give some to charity

A home to shelter me and my family

A bed to rest my head on after a long day

The ability to go to a store and buy whatever my family needs, knowing that my money is helping others to do the same

The ability to understand the difference between “good” and “evil”

Faith that there is a supreme being looking over us all

And, the energy to get up everyday and look forward to what new challenges are out there for me and my family

There are many other things I am thankful for, but for now, I am off to spend time doing the things I am thankful for. May you be blessed enough today to do the same and more.

Obama’s EPA continues to over reach. Now they want control over your puddles and ditches!

There has been talk of neutering the EPA by many of the current GOP, Presidential Candidates. History has shown us that any human entity, if given enough time and power, will always begin to meddle and abuse their power. Whether it is from a lack of anything more purposeful to do, and a need to show others that they deserve the power that’s been given to them. Or, from a truly sincere (albeit misplaced) desire to do good. The EPA has been and continues to run roughshod over the Constitution and “everyone’s” rights of property as protected and upheld by the Supreme Court.

Currently the EPA is destroying the viable energy sources with their interpretation of “Global Warming” and Co2 emissions. Now, they plan to do the same by re-interpreting what “bodies” of water the Federal government has the right(s) to regulate.

Truth is always scarier than fiction. First they came for the control of your money, then they came for the control of your air, presently they are gaining control and locking up the land and shortly they will do the same to your water. All of these elements are integral to the US Citizen’s “Rights of Property”.

Okay, I am saying it again! Agenda 21 for Sustainable Development, is stealing “the American Dream”. Please, let’s clean house of these globalists who have corrupted the Constitution to the point that the Youth are being lied to in our public schools and won’t even know what true freedom and liberty is.

CSAPR, the Clean Water Act is becoming a tool of overreach by the out of control agency.

Barack Obama and the EPA’s Lisa Jackson have made it clear through their actions that they will circumvent the legislature by using regulatory enforcement to enact Obama’s green dreams, and now it seems that circumvention includes the Supreme Court of the United States.

During the Bush presidency, a series of Supreme Court decisions acknowledged the limits of reach for the Clean Water Act. Most notably, the Supreme Court clarified that federal jurisdiction did not extend to wetlands and other “waters of the United States” under the Clean Water Act. Through the Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook Country v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (2001) and Raponos v. U.S. (2006) the Supreme Court established that private property rights still mattered even in light of the Clean Water Act and that the federal government did not have authority over them.

Oh Oh. "Regulated" Derivative Markets About To Blow Up?

This is getting bad....

Oh boy.

Look folks, the risks involved here are real.

Rick Santelli was just on CNBC pointing out that there have been no answers forthcoming on the MF Global mess. There are reports that several people who you would never expect to have gotten caught in something like this did, including Gerald Celente.

The reason they got caught is the same reason I would have gotten caught if I had been clearing through MF Global: Despite being around the markets since well before the 2000 crash and having successfully negotiated that and the 2008 mess everyone has believed, right up until MF blew up, that customer funds were in fact segregated and thus this risk would never occur.

Simply put everyone has now discovered that this assumption is wrong.

2012; it’s up to us to fix the Country

2012 is going to be tumultuous for everyone. With threats of anarchy, protests that are fixing to become riots, a Country that is already $15 trillion in debt (not including the long term debt of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid), unprecedented unemployment, inflation of food, gas and energy that’s crushing the middle class and poor, and to top all that, the Obama Administration, mainstream Media and all dedicated Progressives are encouraging an economic/age class warfare of monumental proportions.

When you think about it all, don’t you wonder how all of this, each a tragedy in their own right, have come together in a confluence of events? Call me a conspiracy theorists, but I don’t believe any of this is an accident.

Agenda 21 ~ Sustainable Development is due for re-affirmation by the United Nations in 2012 and their stated goal is unified, global control of “all” property. Are these things related? Common sense tells me they are, and that darker forces are at work to accelerate this goal. Do I have any proof of this? No! I only have my own brain and a whole lot of things that don’t make sense except for this. How could so many supposedly bright, no, supposedly brilliant people, be so blind to the needs of this great Country? These facts belie the truth, and “We the People” need to be especially careful in 2012, to elect representation that understands a Country which needs restoration, not reformation, to prevent further destruction of the U.S. Constitution.

Victories against climate change have been rare, so it’s vital to recognize them when they happen. The Obama administration’s decision to delay the Keystone XL pipeline is one such victory—arguably the most important achievement in the climate fight in North America in years.

True, the administration’s November 10 statements did not outright kill the 1,700-mile pipeline, which the TransCanada company wants to build to transport highly polluting tar sands from Alberta, Canada, to refineries on the Texas coast. Yes, President Obama or his successor could try to greenlight the project in 2013, when the State Department’s new review of the project is due. But that’s unlikely, as TransCanada’s CEO, Russ Girling, has acknowledged. The project’s contracts require the pipeline to be completed by 2013, or refineries will be free to look elsewhere for supply, which Girling expects they will.

In any case, such caveats mean only that the Keystone victory is not absolute. But when a $7 billion project involving the number-one US trading partner and oil supplier, a project that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton only a year ago said she was “inclined” to approve, is very publicly postponed—even as the inspector general of the State Department launches an investigation into cronyism involving a former top aide to Clinton—good luck putting that Humpty Dumpty together again.

Tea Party proposes Budget for US Senate; Schumer & Reid shut them off

Yesterday, FreedomWorks.org had scheduled a hearing for the United States Senate to address the work done by members of FreedomWorks.org. They requested this hearing to propose cuts for the Federal budget that would receive support from Tea Party supporters, nationwide. There were $9.7 trillion dollars in cuts proposed, for the U.S. Senate to consider. This hearing was shut down by Senator Schumer (D-NY)and Senate Speaker Harry Reid (D-NV). They wouldn’t even allow “the People”, who had traveled from afar, to present their finding to the Senate, at the seat of “the People”.

Senator Lee (R-UT) led the group to a nearby facility at Hillsdale College, where they were then able to speak to the Senators who walked with the FreedomWorks.org group, and listen to the presentation being brought forth by “the People”.

Robert Kennedy, Jr.’s ‘Green’ Company Scored $1.4 Billion Taxpayer Bailout

President John F. Kennedy’s nephew, Robert Kennedy, Jr., netted a $1.4 billion bailout for his company, BrightSource, through a loan guarantee issued by a former employee-turned Department of Energy official.

It’s just one more in a string of eye-opening revelations by investigative journalist and Breitbart editor Peter Schweizer in his explosive new book, Throw Them All Out.

The details of how BrightSource managed to land its ten-figure taxpayer bailout have yet to emerge fully. However, one clue might be found in the person of Sanjay Wagle.

Wagle was one of the principals in Kennedy’s firm who raised money for Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign. When Obama won the White House, Wagle was installed at the Department of Energy (DOE), advising on energy grants.

PPAHCA (ObamaCare) to be heard by the Supreme Court in 2012

Hallelujah! The nightmarish scenario of a mandatory, “one-size-fits-all” health insurance, will be heard by the Supreme Court, in 2012. Since ObamaCare was crammed through the Congress and Senate in a ‘quasi’ legal, yet less than politically desirable construct, I have patiently waited to see if the Supreme Court would hear this case.

The Founders intent is that the many States act as mini-incubators of choices that are the true genius of our Country. Because the United States and our many Counties had once been self determining entities, living under the protection of the State and Federal government’s protection to conduct commerce across state lines and internationally, the United States grew in wealth and economic strength; “A jewel to be aspired to”. The States and Federal government “may” act as a bridge to ensure that commerce “can” take place in an equally just manner. The States and Federal government, “should not” force private individuals to purchase products, just because a bureaucrat believes that this could be a fabulous idea for “all”.

Centralized, top down, socialized governance will destroy the U.S. Constitution and it will destroy the brilliance of our Country’s ability to feed ourselves, and thus our ability to feed (and influence) the rest of the world to reach-up to our example. If socialized, communized, marxized government, was capable of attaining the nirvana the Progressives claim, there would be somewhere in history to prove it. There is “no proof”, anywhere in the world’s history that shows anything except famine, mediocrity and misery, as a result of centralized government. It is because of our uniqueness, which enables private individual’s to produce and thus create wealth, that the citizen’s of the United States have so much compassion for others. Without this wealth and potential for wealth, the U.S. citizen’s would behave no differently than the people from countries such as Cuba, Venezuela, Russia and the many other centrally governed populace’s…they would act only in their own self interest to keep what little they have.

ObamaCare and the Limits of Government

When asked if the health law was constitutional, then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi sneered, 'Are you serious?' Now the Supreme Court has decided it's a worthy question.

The Supreme Court has agreed to decide whether ObamaCare is constitutional, granting certiorari in a case brought by 26 states shortly after that law was enacted in March of last year. In so doing, it will be ruling upon the very nature of our federal union.

The Constitution limits federal power by granting Congress authority in certain defined areas, such as the regulation of interstate and foreign commerce. Those powers not specifically vested in the federal government by the Constitution or, as stated in the 10th Amendment, "prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." The court will now determine whether those words still have meaning.

As we argued two years ago in these pages, the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act (aka ObamaCare) is unconstitutional. First and foremost, the law requires virtually every American to have health insurance. Congress purported to impose this unprecedented "individual mandate" pursuant to its constitutional power to regulate interstate commerce, but the requirement is not limited to those who engage in any particular commercial or economic activity (or any activity at all). Rather, the mandate applies to everyone lawfully present in the United States who does not fall within one of the law's narrow exclusions.

Under our Constitution's system of dual sovereignty, only states have the authority to impose health and safety regulations on individuals simply because they are present. The Supreme Court has ruled many times that the Constitution denies to the federal government this type of "general police power." Federal legislation must be grounded in one of the "enumerated" powers the Constitution grants to Congress—such as the power to regulate interstate commerce. Although the Supreme Court has interpreted that power broadly (especially since the 1940s), it has consistently held that the Commerce Clause has limits.

Create a 5% annual wealth tax for the very rich.
Ban the private ownership of land.
Make homeschooling illegal. Religious fanatics use it to feed their children propaganda.
Reduce the age of majority to 16.
Abolish the death penalty and life in prison. We call for the immediate release of all death row inmates from death row and transferred to regular prisons.
Release all political prisoners immediately.
Immediate withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan.
Abolish the debt limit.
Ban private gun ownership.
Strengthen the separation of church and state.
Immediate debt forgiveness for all.
End the 'War on Drugs'

Keystone Pipeline on hold? Canadian PM looks to China for a solution to energy production needs of the world.

The Keystone Project has been put on hold until 2013 (well after the 2012 elections) due to the Obama Administrations “new” concerns over environmentally sensitive areas in the U.S. Great Plains aquifers.

The project had been moving ahead smoothly until the Obama Administration was persuaded (?) by the environmentalists that “any” leak along the oil pipeline has the potential to destroy the shallow aquifers along the Great Plains.

With that mindset, where does the United States have to go? What is 100% safe? How did we as a Nation make it this far, become this wealthy, only to be taken over by anti-capitalist, anti-industrialist, anti-free market, eco-terrorists? If the United States turns the corner beyond recovery, the coming “Ecologarchy” will destroy the “gem” known as the United States Constitution and burn it in effigy. Have you considered what they plan to replace the Constitution with? Can you say “Agenda 21 – Sustainable Development”?

2012 is coming fast and the need to scare the @rap out of the voters will be paramount to the Obama Administration’s plan to fully implement A21/Sustainable Development policy. Al Gore's scorched earth message is taught nationally in our public schools, colleges and universities. Where is the balanced message which staunchly denies Mr. Gore’s? It’s not being taught, and thus it will not take many more years before we have 2 –3 decades of phony environmental science used to set policy for the next generations.

I bring this article to you, fully understanding that there is a conflict between this project and our Constitutional right to protect our right to property from the theft of “eminent domain”, confiscation. It is imperative that such a project proceed, but it must be done in a Constitutional manner that gives just compensation to the owners of the private property, or sets up leases for the use of their land, without infringing upon the rights of the property owners to use their land.

The United States must continue private research and development in fossil fuels, as they are the only proven economically viable sources of energy at this time. Nuclear is great but still relatively expensive to get started with the excessive regulations which impede any reasonable timeline of implementation. Wind and solar energy are extremely expensive, unstable and have a long way to go before they will be reliable sources of energy for large population centers around the US. Coal, natural gas, hydro, shale, and crude oil, are all readily available, inexpensive and proven technology for energy production.

The only reason the United States has veered away from these energy sources is Agenda 21 and those looking to set-up an Ecologarchy to “control” all natural resources. Do your homework and look to see if your Community is setting up a “Natural Resources Marketplace”. If that’s not an Ecologarchy, I don’t know what would be!

Canadian PM eyes China after US pipeline delay

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper said Sunday that he was looking at exporting more oil to China after the United States delayed a decision on a controversial pipeline.

President Barack Obama's administration last week put off a decision on Keystone XL project after a major protest campaign by environmentalists, who say the pipeline would be prone to accidents and worsen climate change.

The conservative Canadian leader, taking part in a summit in Hawaii hosted by Obama said the pipeline decision had produced "extremely negative reactions" and that he discussed oil exports with Chinese President Hu Jintao.

"This does underscore the necessity of Canada making sure that we are able to access Asian markets for our energy products," Harper told reporters. "I indicated that yesterday (Saturday) to President Hu of China."

The Harper government has pressed Obama to approve the 1,700-mile (2,700-kilometer) pipeline extension, which would stretch through Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma before ending up in Texas.

Canada, the pipeline's lead company TransCanada, and Obama's Republican opponents say the $7 billion project would provide the United States with a stable source of energy from an ally and create thousands of jobs.

How do you say re-education? In the Euro-States it’s called 10:10

Those darn European’s are always on the cutting edge of everything, even Agenda 21 sponsored re-education of the populace. Please accept my apology now for anyone who is offended by this video, but as always, the truth is far more gross than fiction.

These are actual bits of video clips compiled into a YouTube release. The commercials were originally made and released in 2010, shown across the UK and other European countries, and used to impress the viewers of the need to get involved with the 10:10 movement. Since that time the UK and many other European nations are moving away from the bankrupting policies of the “green power” movement as fast as they can. We can only hope that the United States is not far behind.

Tom DeWeese recap from Northwest Business Club luncheon from 11/9/11

Last week the Northwest Business Club hosted the renowned head of the American Policy Center, Tom DeWeese. At the luncheon Mr. DeWeese spoke about Agenda 21, Sustainable Development in depth and local finance expert Richard Donahue, of Asset Advisors, recorded Mr. DeWeeses’s speech for his live, Saturday, radio program “Wealth Wake-up” on KGMI 790 AM. I have linked to the audio version for you to listen to and share with your friends, family and contacts.

Mr. DeWeese has had Agenda 21’s role in “Sustainable Development” and ICLEI (you may notice that ICLEI has been working on the removing their ties to the United Nations and their International role) on his radar since the 1990’s. As a lonely voice in the wilderness, Mr. DeWeese has trekked on to sound the alarm on the implementation of Agenda 21. My goal here is to assist Mr. DeWeese in spreading the word, educating anyone who will take the time to read, listen and learn, how an international body of elitists have been planning to destroy the United States Constitution through local/state/federal implementation of this agenda. What will be left when the protections that the U.S Constitution, the Washington State Constitution, the Whatcom County Charter and the Charter of the City of Bellingham, all have the language of Agenda 21, Sustainable Development as their guiding principle? Since Agenda 21 is all about “sharing the wealth” on a global scale, there will be no protections afforded the citizen’s of the United States from the same tyrants and dictators that have wreaked havoc upon their citizen’s for centuries.

Listen closely to Mr. DeWeese’s words, take notes and educate yourself and others about Agenda 21. As recently as Saturday, November 12th, 2011, at the South Carolina Republican Presidential debate, candidate Newt Gingrich spoke out about the United Nations and their role to implement Agenda 21 in the United States and around the globe. So, with the help of many others, speaking out loud about Agenda 21, we can move it out of the shadows and into the light of consciousness for others. Once everyone understands what Agenda 21 is and how it has been implemented in the shadows, outside of the political process, “We the People” can move to correct this massive fraud which has been intentionally perpetrated on “all” of us.

Abramoff Sings about Congressional Insider Trading

Love him or hate him, Jack Abramoff is out of jail and singing like a bird about how the political elite “legally” make money off of insider trading, while private citizen’s are run down with pitchforks for the same behavior. Even if it were proven that a politician made money from insider advice through political legislation, they would not be charged with a crime. The Stock Act H.R. 4188 was written in January of 2009, by none other than our own Representative Brian Baird (D-WA), and it has yet to come out of committee for a vote. Now how is this equal justice under the law? Shelly wonders why the politically elite are tone deaf to movements like “the Tea Party” and the “Occupiers” who rise-up specifically because of this type of preferential treatment?

Here's a brief tidbit from the online story that should've been told many decades ago. It's this type of disparity that keeps the law abiding citizen's from fully engaging in the political process, because we all know that thus far it's a rigged game and the only people who can fix this are the people. As is said in the article; "Throw them All Out!" We need moral, principled people in public office representing the "People", not the "Parties"!

(CBS News) Martha Stewart went to jail for it. Hedge fund honcho Raj Rajaratnam was fined $92 million and will go to jail for years for it. But members of Congress can do the same thing -use non-public information to make stock trades -- and there's no law against it. Steve Kroft reports on how America's lawmakers can legally make tidy profits on information only they know, simply because they won't pass a law against themselves. The report will be broadcast on Sunday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

The Mob Rule’s of Occupiers in DC

The Occupiers of “Occupy Washington DC” this weekend apparently took their protest to the annual meeting of Americans for Prosperity. The AFP organization was instrumental in getting many petitions served onto the politicians as they crammed through the PPACA, and they fought hard for transparency in the process of the Health Care bill’s passage.

The first video is of a handicapped woman who wishes to leave the building, but is prevented from doing so because of the protestors blockade.

The second video is of the same evening, different moment in time, where protestors used children to cause a blockade. The videographer tries to question why anyone would bring children and expose them to this type of potential harm. Since a lot of these protests have degraded into violence, it does not make sense that a “caring'” parent would be so irresponsible. This definitely looks like child abuse to me.
