Last Thursday (March 9, 2012), the President signed a bi-partisan bill HR347, giving the federal government the ability to make it a felony to violate “No-Free Speech Zones”. This bill will allow them to make “No-Free Speech Zones”! Has this occurred because Washington D.C. is expecting a lot of push back in 2012 for the actions that they have taken to disregard their pledge to protect and defend the Constitution by the vocal Tea Party groups, who protested peacefully and left the protest areas cleaner than they found it? Or, is it because they fear the public display’s coming from the “Occupiers”? The President and many of the members of the House and Senate, publicly supported the Occupiers demands? Why would they try to shut us out?
If you have an opinion, I would be happy to post it here, but please contact your local representatives and local media to spread word on how they have silently abridged your 1st Amendment rights!
Time to contact your federal/state/local representatives to express your opinions on this unfortunate, anti-Constitutional bill.
2012 is going to be tumultuous for everyone. With threats of anarchy, protests that are fixing to become riots, a Country that is already $15 trillion in debt (not including the long term debt of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid), unprecedented unemployment, inflation of food, gas and energy that’s crushing the middle class and poor, and to top all that, the Obama Administration, mainstream Media and all dedicated Progressives are encouraging an economic/age class warfare of monumental proportions.
When you think about it all, don’t you wonder how all of this, each a tragedy in their own right, have come together in a confluence of events? Call me a conspiracy theorists, but I don’t believe any of this is an accident.
Agenda 21 ~ Sustainable Development is due for re-affirmation by the United Nations in 2012 and their stated goal is unified, global control of “all” property. Are these things related? Common sense tells me they are, and that darker forces are at work to accelerate this goal. Do I have any proof of this? No! I only have my own brain and a whole lot of things that don’t make sense except for this. How could so many supposedly bright, no, supposedly brilliant people, be so blind to the needs of this great Country? These facts belie the truth, and “We the People” need to be especially careful in 2012, to elect representation that understands a Country which needs restoration, not reformation, to prevent further destruction of the U.S. Constitution.

Victories against climate change have been rare, so it’s vital to recognize them when they happen. The Obama administration’s decision to delay the Keystone XL pipeline is one such victory—arguably the most important achievement in the climate fight in North America in years.
In any case, such caveats mean only that the Keystone victory is not absolute. But when a $7 billion project involving the number-one US trading partner and oil supplier, a project that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton only a year ago said she was “inclined” to approve, is very publicly postponed—even as the inspector general of the State Department launches an investigation into cronyism involving a former top aide to Clinton—good luck putting that Humpty Dumpty together again.

The Occupiers of “Occupy Washington DC” this weekend apparently took their protest to the annual meeting of Americans for Prosperity. The AFP organization was instrumental in getting many petitions served onto the politicians as they crammed through the PPACA, and they fought hard for transparency in the process of the Health Care bill’s passage.
The first video is of a handicapped woman who wishes to leave the building, but is prevented from doing so because of the protestors blockade.
The second video is of the same evening, different moment in time, where protestors used children to cause a blockade. The videographer tries to question why anyone would bring children and expose them to this type of potential harm. Since a lot of these protests have degraded into violence, it does not make sense that a “caring'” parent would be so irresponsible. This definitely looks like child abuse to me.

In a realistic style, this story illustrates what the U.S. government and the UN are doing to the people of America and the world. When thinking of Constitutional violations by our politicians, think of this parable.
Some years ago, about 1900, an old trapper from North Dakota hitched up some horses to his Studebaker wagon, packed a few possessions, especially his traps -- and drove south.
Several weeks later he stopped in a small town just north of the Okefenokee Swamp in Georgia. It was a Saturday morning -- a lazy day -- when he walked into the general store. Sitting around the pot-bellied stove were seven or eight of the town's local citizens.
The traveler spoke, "Gentlemen, could you direct me to the Okefenokee Swamp?"
Some of the old-timers looked at him like he was crazy. "You must be a stranger in these parts," they said.
"I am. I'm from North Dakota," said the stranger.
"In the Okefenokee Swamp are thousands of wild hogs," one old man explained. "A man who goes into the swamp by himself asks to die!"
He lifted up his leg. "I lost half my leg here, to the pigs of the swamp."
Another old fellow said, "Look at the cuts on me; look at my arm bit off!"
"Those pigs have been free since the Revolution, eating snakes and rooting out roots and fending for themselves for over a hundred years. They're wild and they're dangerous. You can't trap them. No man dare go into the swamp by himself."
Every man nodded his head in agreement.
The old trapper said, "Thank you so much for the warning. Now could you direct me to the swamp?"
They said, "Well, yeah, it's due south -- straight down the road." But they begged the stranger not to go, because they knew he'd meet a terrible fate.
He said, "Sell me ten sacks of corn, and help me load them into the wagon."
And they did.
Then the old trapper bid them farewell and drove on down the road. The townsfolk thought they'd never see him again. Two weeks later the man came back. He pulled up to the general store, got down off the wagon, walked in and bought ten more sacks of corn. After loading it up he went back down the road toward the swamp.
Two weeks later he returned and, again, bought ten sacks of corn. This went on for a month. And then two months, and three. Every week or two the old trapper would come into town on a Saturday morning, load up ten sacks of corn and drive off south into the swamp.
The stranger soon became a legend in the little village and the subject of much speculation. People wondered what kind of devil had possessed this man, that he could go into the Okefenokee by himself and not be consumed by the wild and free hogs.
One morning the man came into town as usual. Everyone thought he wanted more corn. He got off the wagon and went into the store where the usual group of men were gathered around the stove. He took off his gloves.
"Gentlemen," he said, "I need to hire about ten or fifteen wagons. I need twenty or thirty men. I have six thousand hogs out in the swamp, penned up, and they're all hungry. I've got to get them to market right away."
"You've WHAT in the swamp?" asked the storekeeper, incredulously.
"I have six thousand hogs penned up. They haven't eaten for two or three days, and they'll starve if I don't get back there to feed and take care of them."
One of the old-timers said, "You mean you've captured the wild hogs of the Okefenokee?"
"That's right."
"How did you do that? What did you do?" the men urged, breathlessly.
One of them exclaimed, "But I lost my arm!"
"I lost my brother!" cried another.
"I lost my leg to those wild boars!" chimed a third.
The trapper said, "Well, the first week I went in there they were wild all right. They hid in the undergrowth and wouldn't come out. I dared not get off the wagon. So I spread corn along behind the wagon. Every day I'd spread a sack of corn.
"The old pigs would have nothing to do with it. But the younger pigs decided that it was easier to eat free corn than it was to root out roots and catch snakes. So the very young began to eat the corn first.
"I did this every day. Pretty soon, even the old pigs decided that it was easier to eat free corn, after all, they were all free; they were not penned up. They could run off in any direction they wanted at any time.
"The next thing was to get them used to eating in the same place all the time. So, I selected a clearing, and I started putting the corn in the clearing.
"At first they wouldn't come to the clearing. It was too far. It was too open. It was a nuisance to them.
"But the very young decided that it was easier to take the corn in the clearing than it was to root out roots and catch their own snakes. And not long thereafter, the older pigs also decided that it was easier to come to the clearing every day.
"And so the pigs learned to come to the clearing every day to get their free corn. They could still subsidize their diet with roots and snakes and whatever else they wanted. After all, they were all free. They could run in any direction at any time. There were no bounds upon them.
"The next step was to get them used to fence posts. So I put fence posts all the way around the clearing. I put them in the underbrush so that they wouldn't get suspicious or upset, after all, they were just sticks sticking up out of the ground, like the trees and the brush. The corn was there every day. It was easy to walk in between the posts, get the corn, and walk back out.
"This went on for a week or two. Shortly they became very used to walking into the clearing, getting the free corn, and walking back out through the fence posts.
"The next step was to put one rail down at the bottom. I also left a few openings, so that the older, fatter pigs could walk through the openings and the younger pigs could easily jump over just one rail, after all, it was no real threat to their freedom or independence they could always jump over the rail and flee in any direction at any time.
"Now I decided that I wouldn't feed them every day. I began to feed them every other day. On the days I didn't feed them, the pigs still gathered in the clearing. They squealed, and they grunted, and they begged and pleaded with me to feed them -- but I only fed them every other day. Then I put a second rail around the posts.”
"Now the pigs became more and more desperate for food. Because now they were no longer used to going out and digging their own roots and finding their own food, they now needed me. They needed my corn every other day.
"So I trained them that I would feed them every day if they came in through a gate and I put up a third rail around the fence. But it was still no great threat to their freedom, because there were several gates and they could run in and out at will. Finally I put up the fourth rail. Then I closed all the gates but one, and I fed them very, very well."
"Yesterday I closed the last gate and today I need you to help me take these pigs to market."
The price of free corn.
The parable of the pigs has a serious moral lesson. This story is about federal money being used to bait, trap and enslave a once free and independent people.
Federal welfare, in its myriad forms, has reduced not only individuals to a state of dependency; state and local governments are also on the fast track to elimination, due to their functions being subverted by the command and control structures of federal "revenue sharing" programs.
Please copy this parable and send it to all of your state and local elected leaders and other concerned citizens. Tell them" Just say NO to federal corn."

The Occupiers have been organized from the get go. They have painted a picture of themselves as a disorganized group who just happened to gather together on September 17th, (Constitution Day) to express their multifaceted, disjointed complaints. “Not so!”, says Erik Erickson of “Red State”. Well those of us who know that “Occupy Wall Street” (it’s simply amazing that such a spontaneous movement has put together a print publication a high tech website and serves the Occupier’s organic, corn fed, “filet mignon” type food???) was originally labeled “Days of Rage”, organized by the SEIU’s Steven Lerner, heartily agree with Mr. Erickson’s belief.
Enjoy these ‘2’ articles from “Red State” and stay on top of what’s really happening, because the mainstream media is not showing you the truth of this movement. Then ask yourself (and maybe even take the time to ask the MSM); “Why?”

In labor relations, the making of outrageous demands is a classic negotiating tactic at the bargaining table because union negotiators know company negotiators will only agree to what they are willing to based on business economics. In politics, however, the union tactic is an absolute winner because their prey (politicians, many of whom are bought by unions anyway) always fall for it and, besides, it’s only the taxpayers who are stuck with the tab. This week, a bill was introduced that would impose a new tax on certain trading transactions in financial markets. The tax – which is aimed at the wealthy – is already being called the “Robin Hood Tax” and is part of H.R. 3313, sponsored by Rep. Peter A. DeFazio (D-OR). Twelve co-sponsors in the House have signed onto the bill so far: Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR); Rep. Bruce Braley (D-IA); Rep. John Conyers, Jr. (D-MI); Rep. Donna F. Edwards (D-MD); Rep. Bob Filner (D-CA); Rep. Maurice D. Hinchey (D-NY); Rep. Mazie K. Hirono (D-Hi); Rep. Henry C. “Hank” Johnson, Jr. (D-GA); Rep. John P. Sarbanes (D-MD); Rep. Louise McIntosh Slaughter (D-NY); Rep. Betty Sutton (D-OH) and Rep. Peter Welch (D-VT). Nope, those Ds aren’t typos. All of the sponsors of the bill are Democrats.

Recently received a notice of this upcoming event and since it’s a bit complicated, but definitely relevant key to not only safeguard the United States, it is a step in the right direction to fix the U.S. economy and grow the “American Dream” for all citizen’s of this great Country. Everyday, if take the time to look and research, there is more evidence of the massive amount of planning that has been done to create “Occupy Wall Street” and all of the other “Occupy Protests”. Lisa Fithian is described as a professional organizer for anti-globalist, anarchists, unions, etc. The end game for “Sustainable Development”, the “Sustainablists”, is globalism. Someone should ask Lisa Fithian, why she is either just another of the useful idiots to promote a global push for global-socialism, or she is lying to her supporters as is written in the Saul Alinsky modeling of “Rules for Radicals”. We all know that there is no greed or corruption in Socialist/Communist/Marxist regimes, right?
There's another reason for working inside the system. Dostoevski said that taking a new step is what people fear most. Any revolutionary change must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward change among the mass of our people. They must feel so frustrated, so defeated, so lost, so futureless in the prevailing system that they are willing to let go of the past and change the future. This acceptance is the reformation essential to any revolution. To bring on this reformation requires that the organizer work inside the system, among not only the middle class but the 40 per cent of American families – more than seventy million people – whose income range from $5,000 to $10,000 a year [in 1971]. They cannot be dismissed by labeling them blue collar or hard hat. They will not continue to be relatively passive and slightly challenging. If we fail to communicate with them, if we don't encourage them to form alliances with us, they will move to the right. Maybe they will anyway, but let's not let it happen by default.[2]
For Alinsky, organizing is the process of highlighting whatever he believed to be wrong and convincing people they can actually do something about it. The two are linked. If people feel they don’t have the power to change a situation, they stop thinking about it.
According to Alinsky, the organizer — especially a paid organizer from outside — must first overcome suspicion and establish credibility. Next the organizer must begin the task of agitating: rubbing resentments, fanning hostilities, and searching out controversy. This is necessary to get people to participate. An organizer has to attack apathy and disturb the prevailing patterns of complacent community life where people have simply come to accept a situation. Alinsky would say, "The first step in community organization is community disorganization."
History has proven that top down governments are always corrupt and hold “little” regard for human rights. The only system that has ever come close to that is the “Capitalist” system.

This article takes on and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of both the Tea Parties and the Occupiers, why both groups are righteously mad at the system, but have diametrically opposite solutions to the problem.
The premise is that the system has been rigged to insure that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. That is not entirely true. The rich get richer because they have money and power to effect “politicians” who are micro-managing the economy away from the free markets. The politicians initial intent may be genuine, but as often happens, their genuine act has driven the U.S. economic model ever closer to socialism. The wealthy have the ability to influence the government and the government has an ever increasing need for money. So the outcome of this are these Public Private Partnerships, which sets up an Oligarchy, which leads to a “two” class system in America. An Oligarchy cannot exist without the consent of the politicians. The outcome of Socialism and an Oligarchy is that the middle class is being squeezed ever downward. The solution is not to “nationalize” the economy, but to free up the economy and enable the small businesses and entrepreneur's to breakthrough the walls that this change in our political system has created.
The protesters must be addressed to understand that all of the Marxism that was dished out in their K-12 and higher institutes of education, cannot fix what ails America. The restoration of our Constitutional protections will require that we peel back the onion and simplify the system. As it stands now, the system shuts down the vast majority of us who want to be self sufficient, by drowning us in red tape, regulations, permits, fees and all the money needed to grease the skids of the system. The correction of overt government interference in the private markets, the simplification of business regulations and taxes will vastly improve the lot of the small business, middle class and the poor. It will enable us to independently work our way upwards economically, so we can care for ourselves and our families.

The occupiers think the government should pick the winners and losers and the tea party thinks the free market can.
“But wait,” they say, “the market is not free.” And they are right. But the solution should be to free up the market, not shackle it or nationalize it.
Back in 2009, I asked when the people would revolt. The left went nuts, accusing me of fomenting the very violence they are now fomenting. But this is precisely where I saw us heading. The left has whipped people into a sentiment against Wall Street and bankers and the rich, but as I pointed out then and still maintain, it is the politicians who are to blame. People are reacting now, as I predicted they would, to the tyranny of small things.
The bankers on Wall Street have the same number of votes the rest of us have. But it is the politicians, not the banks, who have made the playing field un-level. And the banks and their derivatives and new fees, etc. are all in response to the playing field being unleveled.
What has happened is government has made it more and more difficult for anyone to make a profit. So the financial industry got more and more creative in trying to make a profit. The house of cards eventually came tumbling down. But it never would have happened, but for the government — from Fannie to Freddie to the Community Redevelopment Act and on and on and on.
Only those with money could stay ahead. To be sure, some of them were crooked bastards who should go to jail along with some politicians. But not all of them or even most of them. More so, many on the left right now ignore the fact that these guys are bipartisan in their giving, if not slightly left, and the Obama Administration has done nothing about them. In fact, many of this administration’s legal reforms have actually benefited the biggest financial service firms like Goldman Sachs.

On August 10, 2011, the hacker group “Anonymous” announced that it would join the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations. That’s what sparked my interest in monitoring #OccupyWallStreet.
I reached out to a colleague and asked if he would be interested in studying the protest with me. At first, it seemed disorganized, and we believed it would only be a few hundred protestors.
As we engaged in monitoring its growth, we recruited other people to help us begin the collection of data available via social media. We began mapping out key players, and monitored Anonymous’s efforts to organize protests in the San Francisco Bay area public transportation system (#opBART) in order to detect patterns and key influencers.
Then, at the end of August, we were alerted by a fellow researcher that information about USDoR (U.S. Day of Rage, to which Occupy Wall Street is connected) had been posted on Shamuk and Al-Jahad, two Al-Qaeda recruitment sites. After attending these meetings and socializing with those present, several of our team members were added to all the mailing lists of the “Occupy” group. That is how we created the email archive that we are sharing with you (see below). In addition to the involvement of socialists, anarchists, and other radicals, the emails also reveal heavy union involvement from the beginning of the “Occupy” movement, as well as discussion about the role of the Democratic Party, and how the movement should respond to President Barack Obama.
The emails also reveal that the Occupation attempted to provoke the New York Police Department prior to some of the clashes that occurred with activists.
Additionally, the emails reveal the many failed efforts of the hacker collective Anonymous. If those efforts had succeeded, they may have damaged the global economy.

Some people have started to call “Occupy Wall Street” the “Flea Party”. In my opinion they are the epitome of “Pigs at the Trough”!
Please accept my apology for the offensive picture(s), but words cannot describe what these picture(s) show that our Country will look like as this behavior is encouraged through the mainstream media, by the DCCC, SEIU, AFL-CIO, SocialistWorker.org, Communist Party USA, President Barack Obama, Vice President Biden, Congresswoman Pelosi and what used to be proud and moral leaders of a proud and moral Country.

Back in February of 2011, on the Glenn Beck Show, Mr. Beck revealed a video taped session from SEIU’s former leader, Steven Lerner. In this video Mr. Lerner speaks about the beginning of an organized event to be called the “Days of Rage”. The event was to begin on September 17th, 2011 (Constitution Day) on the streets of Manhattan, New York, known as “Wall Street”. This action comes directly from the manifesto; “The Coming Insurrection”.
There has been a lot of local and national news blips with cutesy video of the protestors. Their video pretty much focuses on the un-intelligible rants of an uninformed band of parrots.
The video I’ve posted below shows a great difference in the level of protestors who are gathering in Washington, D.C., but they are no better informed than the protestors in New York. The difference is that they are not showing drugged-out children, from the flower children, of the 60’s generation. They are college educated youth, on their way to be the “leaders” of tomorrow. The college educated class that are graduating from our schools of higher learning are prime examples of the re-wiring that has been done to our youth. Listen to their words and realize that this is a prime example of the how our public Universities, a majority of our private Universities, our public Schools and again a majority of our private Schools have turned away from teaching the true meaning of the Founders fight for our U.S. Constitution, free markets and the rights to our private property.
The schools are dependent on public funding from the federal and state governments. This funding comes with many strings attached and some of those strings are tied to A21/Sustainable Development policy. The stated goals for Sustainable Development is to change education of the youth towards a “global” understanding that the United States unjustly has accumulated too much wealth in proportion to the rest of the world. They fail to mention that it is due to the U.S. Constitution, State Constitutions and Local Charters, that citizen’s of the United States have the rights to their property, and this is the key to our ability to create wealth. As the government taxes and regulates these rights and protections away, our private wealth is seriously eroded, which is the major factor to our current economic malaise.

The news media has given the public dribs and drabs with regards to the “Days of Rage” protestors in New York and around the United States, who portray themselves as grassroots activists, that want to bring down “Wall Street”. There is a teensy-weensy bit of information that the news media has intentionally (?) not included in their reporting of this story...”The Days of Rage” is an SEIU (Service Employees International Union) sponsored, contrived and implemented event. The SEIU’s own “Stephen Lerner” is the major player who has been putting the teams together to go out and gin-up support for this event and even though Glenn Beck reported on this event about 3 months ago, the media ignored the event and still ignores the “union” connection. Will you question why the media had chosen to give half the story and who benefits from this blatant omission of facts?

What, exactly, is a “US Day of Rage?” Well, on September 17th we may find out for certain, but until then, The Blaze is revealing what information does exist about this very nefarious-sounding campaign.
A US Day of Rage is the title given to a day of ostensibly “non-violent” civil disobedience orchestrated by a group of radicals — that reportedly include SEIU’s Stephen Lerner and ACORN founder Wade Rathke (who, coincidentally, formerly served as president of SEIU’s local New Orleans branch) — targeting Wall Street and U.S. capitalism. It’s worth noting that the title of the movement — if its intentions are indeed non-violent in nature — appears to contradict itself slightly.

Summary: Led by the radical Service Employees International Union (SEIU), left-wing unions and activist groups have been planning to launch a national campaign of economic strong-arming and sabotage. Their plan envisions mortgage and student loan strikes and bank boycotts. Also contemplated are acts of harassment and intimidation directed against bank officials, corporate heads and public officials deemed to be enemies of the people.
On March 25 ACORN founder Wade Rathke, a one-time president of an SEIU local in New Orleans, announced what he described as “days of rage in ten cities around JP Morgan Chase.” Rathke said the forthcoming campaign of demonstrations, strikes and disruption will mark “the beginning of the anti-banking jihad.”
This kind of inflammatory language hasn’t been in the news since the days of Patty Hearst, the Weathermen, and the Black Panthers. But it has always characterized the rhetoric of left-wing activists. Now, as the labor movement lurches increasingly to port in frustration at the stalemated politics of Washington, D.C., you can expect to hear more fighting words from the activist Left.
Since at least the late 1960s, the American Left has embraced what could be characterized as economic strong arming. Striking fear into the hearts of bigcorporations is a tactic that has proven to be both politically useful-and lucrative. There appears to be a very transparent and co-ordinated effort to bring the U.S. Constitution to it’s knees. Is our local FBI on top of this? Is the DOJ pursuing action against this call for domestic terrorism? With the recent revelation that Stephen Lerner was in a closed door meeting with Frances Fox Piven, advocating for exactly this, and now you have this group meeting to fan the flames of just such an outbreak of violence…where are those we pay to protect society from treason against our U.S. Constitution? Are they asleep at the wheel like the Air Traffic Controller was? Just asking a question and trust you will too!
