“Breaking News!” There’s not much to say when the audio says it all. There are many covert groups (public employees) who are actively working to destroy; capitalism, the U.S. Constitution, private property rights, liberty and freedom. When they are asked about their actions they always use these words; “collective, shared, village, community, equitable distribution, qualitative not quantitative results”, to sell their agenda. As Hayek found in his study of socialism/communism/progressivism/statism/marxism/, they all lead to tyranny. Tyranny is best described as a select group of elitist who decide what is best for the collective good. Go back and watch the movie “1984”, where one size fits all is the mantra. Wouldn’t that kind of be like living in a Wal-Mart world?
(As an added aside I had to re-post this and ask if anyone else has connected the dots between this revelation and the interview of Michael Moore on Rachel Maddow’s program. During the Madison, WI. protest with regards to the State Legislature vote to remove collectively bargaining for public employees, Michael Moore flew to Madison, WI, to show his support for and rile up the masses to take over and shut down the Wisconsin State House. Then, on Ms. Maddow’s program, Michael Moore showed off a pair of handcuffs, swinging them in front of the camera while he ranted about how they were coming for Wall Street and the Bankers. Mr. Moore continued his rant and finished that they wouldn’t stop until the money was returned to the people and the Bankers were in jail. Common sense tells me that these events ‘are’ connected.)
