Update on the status of the Whatcom County, Lake Whatcom Reconveyance and Common Sense from the County Executive

There was a semi-victory in preventing a natural resource treasure from being stolen and placed under the control of Whatcom Land Trust (an NGO) to be forever restricted from public input and used as a productive and resourceful area that the birds, bees, flowers, trees and humans all enjoy and benefit from.  NGO’s are beholden to the United Nations “Agenda for the 21st Century,” aka Agenda 21.

Click on the image below to go to the editorial at “The Whatcom Excavator.”  If you are not already a regular reader of “WE” (the Whatcom Excavator), you should be.  The articles are insightful and packed with substantiated information that individual property owners and residents of this county need to know.

MSU SDS Reunion: Bernadine Dohrn speaks

It’s been four years since I originally found this video.  With the coming election, it’s time to remind everyone who was sucked into the mantra of “Hope and Change” to understand where this mantra first originated.

President Obama has denied a cozy relationship with the Ayers, but I challenged that comment after I found this video during the 2008 election, where Ms. Dohrn uses the “Hope and Change” jingle throughout her speech.  Listen to their words of hope to change the United States into a lesser power, both economically and militarily.

If the world would be a better place without the United States as a moral leader, then why is the fighting and oppression of those liberated countries in ascension instead of decline.  The world has enjoyed a lot of peace over the past 200 years, in-between spates of wars and world wars.  Have we forgotten how tyranny always devolves to despotism?  Ultimate power, ultimately corrupts and anyone who leads under a soviet stylized system of “apex,” top down control, will devolve to leadership that will oppress the individual for the collectivist utopia of “what’s good for the goose must be good for the gander.”  Eventually the freedom to build and create will be snuffed out as we raise generations of humans unwilling or unable to think outside of a box and see that they’ve been wrapped-up into a prison of our own making.

Greg Hunter hosts “Peter Schiff,” (economist) on USAWatchdog.com

There are so many mainstream media types telling us that the economy is doing better, but the county, state and federal governments are raising taxes and fees in a feverish pitch.  The State of Washington has raised many of their licensing fees by “31% to 55%” and this helps out the growth of small business how?

It is your decision how you can protect yourself against “inflation,” so take a moment to listen to the interview and make a plan for yourself, your family and talk to your friends.

Greg Hunters “USA Watchdog” talks about the Fed & Middle East

This guy talks straight and it would behoove us all to listen.

Time to pack up our toys and bring home the troops.  No more money, no more “Mr. NiceGuy” to countries who do not like us.

The Federal Reserve is going to bury us before we get a chance to audit them and find out where all our money’s going.

Obamacare summed-up in one sentence and in video; just for You!

Please share freely.

Just One of the Reasons for Change in 2012

My friends send these things to me and some just have to be shared.

November’s general election is quickly coming towards us. Will you vote?  Will you vote for change?  Do you know enough to feel secure that you and your family will be capable of securing life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in a continued “Obama” presidency?

I’m voting for principles.  I’m voting for “individual” liberty.  I’m counting the days to November 6th, 2012 (56 days) to know if liberty lives or dies in America.

Water, water, everywhere…nor any drop to drink.

“The Rime of the Ancient Mariner,” by S.T. Coleridge:

“Water, water, everywhere,

And all the boards did shrink.

Water, water, everywhere,

Nor any drop to drink.”

Whatcom County has many issues they are dealing with in regards to “water.”  You wouldn’t think that water should, could, would be an issue for the “Evergreen State,” would you?  The amount of water available to support humans, wildlife, industry and recreation is not in question.  The Whatcom County Council, the Whatcom County Executive, the City of Bellingham Council and Mayor, the local Public Utility District and the Nooksack and Lummi Tribes, have been working behind closed doors for “YEARS” and have not allowed “ALL” of the stakeholders a transparent seat at the table in these discussions.

The State of Washington mandates that everyone has access to water without the need of a permit for these users:

  • Provide water for livestock (no gallon per day limit)
  • Watering non-commercial lawn or garden of 1/2 acre in size (no gallon per day limit)
  • Provide water for single or groups of homes (limited to 5000 gallons per day)
  • Provide water for industrial purposes, including irrigation (limited to 5000 gallons per day w/no limit on allowed acreage)

So, if we already have the rights to water use, why is this still an issue?  Who are the stakeholders?  It seems to me that anyone who uses water has an interest in seeing to it that we have access to plentiful, affordable, clean water.  The devil will be in the details of how much "”real” science is used to determine the outcome.  If the past is any indicator, there is a lot of questionable science being used to regulate us already…we don’t need more of that!

He who controls the water controls the world!

Click this link to learn:

  • What are water rights?
  • Why do water rights matter?
  • Who will this affect?
  • How do we know who to trust?

There are many groups who are seeking to make this an open and honest process.  Thus far it has potentially devolved into a federal court decision if the “tribes” succeed in bringing this to a federal judge willing to hear and make judgment on; “He who controls the water.”  Seems to me that this matter should be adjudicated at the State level, since this is a States issue.

The “Universal Access Fund!” Is it time to end this freebie?

The YouTube video says it all for me.  I’ve hyperlinked each local/federal representative to Bellingham/Whatcom County, if you wish to speak/write/e-mail them about this abusive add-on to all phone bills.

Congressman Rick Larsen (currently running for re-election)

Senator Maria Cantwell (currently running for re-election):

Senator Patty Murray (currently the 4th highest member of the Senate)
