Happy Valentine’s Day; Hidden within the Obama Administrations Budget is a Proposal for a “Global Minimum Tax”

Did you hear?  Did you listen?  Within President Obama’s budget is a “brand new tax”!  A “global minimum tax”!  Who is going to be in charge of this?  Who is going to collect it?  How is it going to be applied?  What will it be spent on?  How is this even “Constitutional”?
