The New Health Care Law and You

Please take a moment to read the paragraph’s I have selected here for you to read, look over and digest.  The AARP admits that the HCR bill is convoluted and loaded with penalties and massive regulations within a 2000+ page bill.  If that doesn’t get your blood pressure to rise, possibly the next paragraph where the AARP admits that this bill won’t work unless people voluntarily adhere to conservation ethics.  So can anyone tell me the difference between conservation and rationing in relation to health care services?  Yours in Truth  ;-)  Shelly
